It’s interesting that my niece made that BBC Pavlova recipe with the same cracking. She was very disappointed as she is an expert pavlova maker. Perhaps it’s that recipe as it was the first time she used it. Your dinner looked superb btw! Happy Easter 🇨🇦

I had a similar injury where my right buttock hurt. I was diagnosed with Sacrio iliac joint pain. It was very painful, I could hardly walk for two weeks. Know how you feel Matt. I hope Elliot kept to his word😅 and gave it a plummering 😅

Ive learned a trick about propagating bok choy and celery stalks-simply chop off the bottom where it grows in the ground and stick it in soil in a pot in your greenhouse and pretty soon it will sprout!

I had that too. Also had a calcification on my ischial tendon. Felt like I was sitting on a rock and my leg would just ACHE! Had it removed and all better. Hope you get relief soon!

The temperature at the moment in this part of england is between 7-13 degrees Celsius

Oh my goodness, I brought my cats a catnip last year and they ate it all down to the roots! One of them even dug the roots out!!! They went crazy for it!!! I almost felt like I had thrown the poor plant to the wolves! lol

In many European countries you have to put a coin (1 or 2 Euros) into the shopping cart to release it for use. If you don’t put it back in a designated place you can’t get your money back, which would get expensive over time.

Your Easter display is loverly-so Spring-y and so cheerful! The snow drops and crocus have been the first to appear last week and now we have tiny violas dotting the front garden so far. The roses are greening up and im just waiting for a no-frost overnite before i put then out of the greenhouse and onto the deck here in north idaho. Happy Easter!

Looks like you had a lovely Easter 😊. Matt's pavlova looked delicious!! Your garden is coming along nicely. You're a bit further along than Southern Ontario is. We've started our seeds as well. Not all of them took, but we will have tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini and acorn squash, as well as cayenne peppers and a number of herbs, that we started from seed this year. Unfortunately the pole beans, green peppers, jalapeño peppers and lettuce didn't take, so we'll be getting those from the garden center. I look forward to seeing how your seed sprinkle turns out. My daughter did wildflower seeds in a pot last year and they looked lovely. Enjoy your chocolate!

Have you stopped getting Hello Fresh?
Did you know if you put whole nuts out for the birds during nesting season , the adult bird feeds the baby's and they can choke to death on whole nuts .... people don't know this ..... Best to only put nuts in the feeders that way birds can only take small pieces to feed the baby's.
And matt has been in his jammie bottoms the whole time!🤭
