In Tip#3 you mention not being able to teleport to friend's base in a hive. In the patch that came out 24/25 April, .."Players from the same Hive can now teleport to each other's territory."
Claiming rewards isn't the first thing. It's how to even start a game on the confusing list. Get in the game and it's completely confusing. Huge menu system from the start. What is even going on in a lab suddenly talking to pokëmon bird. And honestly I don't even know what that question means. Claim what?
If people are ever unsure where to find the mats for the tier of item you want to make (Weapons and armours), follow the towns. Towns 1-5 are tiers 1-5, also pack expansions stack, level 1,2,3 all stack together
I play a game for fun and gameplay not playing find the claim in the menu system, that should have just been given me, won't play for this reason alone.
I heard there will be no carry over progressing from beta to launch you have to start from scratch to make an fair for people that didnt play beta sorce from discord once human

It's really not that hard and pretty self explanitory.. maybe don't skip cutscenes

Only lightforge medals from cbt 3 and bike skin from demo version will be carried over which are used for cosmetics only
must be reset or it would make no sense in pvp.
