To be truthful, all the dim sum shops in Chinatown make the same thing. There is no 'best' dim sum shop in Chinatown. All taste the same: Fresh and hot.

Wow, thanks AK for sharing the Mong Kok Dim Sum place. Made my mouth watery. LOL😛😋 You know what? I've already planned to go to SF in the latter part of this month to visit my sister for a good Dim Sum meal. We planned to go to the Great Eastern Restaurant also in Chinatown & try their Dim Sum. They have a large variety of Dim Sum. Too bad some Chinese merchants accept cash only. Bummer. ☹😾 There is another good Dim Sum restaurant Lai Hong Restaurant which has a large variety of Dim Sum as well. We're trying to decide which one we should try first.

The Chinese names are strange to me as I've not been exposed to the culture other than eating at local, Americanized Chinese restaurants that don't have the same type nor quality of food you have been highlighting. It all looks delicious and you are obviously enjoying the food.
