Repair, Replace, Sloan flush valve.

I made this for some of the guys in the shop, how to repair SLOAN FLUSH VALVE, most of you guys do not need this info, so watch it for entertainment, this is the kind of work I do!!!!!!!!!!!

SLOAN 1.28 flush valve has a blue relief valve and different diaphram and refill head. A 1.6 diaphram assembly will work in a 1.28 flush valve but not in a 3.5 like you said

I have yet seen 1.28 flush, the facility I work was built in 1958, and has over 200 toilets, and all the new buildings in my area are split between 1.6 and 3.5 flush, this part of the country has not seen water shortages as other parts of the country.

Yes 1.28 started in California and water shortage areas. All new construction in CA and other areas are 1.28 with a 1.28 closet bowl. Urinals are 1 pint . Half gallon flush which only works with the proper fixture. Thanks for the video
