What about bringing in Biff Pogi as an assistant HC to help with overall team management and an experienced OC who Sherrone doesn’t have to worry about/help. This would maybe free him up to be more hands on with the OL? (made this comment before you got to it later in the video. I guess great minds think alike)
Great great job kept me locked all the way in the whole video and I can tell you did your homework awesome job keep it coming would really like to see a player or position evolution videos too thanks a lot
He's a good QB Coach per JJ McCarthy. So no reason to fire him. Just demote him back to his former position. Then go hire a legit OC to come here and coach Underwood. Personally, I'd like Michigan to do what the Buckeyes did: Hire someone else's HC as the OC. This allows them to just focus on play calling, and not have to worry about managing an entire program. I'd like to see Michigan hire Scot Loeffler from Bowling Green. He's a former Michigan player, and has a ton of experience coaching QBs and calling plays. Plus, his offenses in Bowling Green have been fun to watch! Their defense in BG are the problem.
No Kirk needs to be demoted. Dudes game planning is horrible no in game changes. He shouldn’t be the Offensive coordinator sorry but I have no faith. Don’t blame it on these young men.
They never should’ve never let Josh Gattis get away. He was a great offensive coordinator. He was calling the plays when they beat Ohio State in 2021 🫤
Id love to pursue a coach, not just for his abilities of teaching the positions & recruiting, but to also bring a passing playbook of routes from a place that is "ALWAYS" proficient at it. So Id love to throw the name of Aaron Roderick from BYU on this list. Their passing playbook ALONE would benefit us greatly. This coach could be a grand slam. They have refined it for 50 years and get the job done with lessor talent almost every year. Give this guy talent and watching it take off. Give this coach a strong running game with it and, oh my!
A big part of the issue with Kirk is he just doesn't have the flow/big picture of play calling. Harbaugh and SM are/were very good at this. Thinking about how concepts build on each other in the same quarter, game, and games down the road. Stacking concepts on each other that create a multiplier. He is absolutely not ready to be the OC at UM. Would love to have him stay as the QB coach and bring in a top dog at OC. Kirk has to know this is the case. It's almost like the Brian Hartline experiment at osu.
I love Grant, but he is not ready to be the main guy on the O-line at UM. I bet he leaves on his own accord or they bring someone in to help support. Everyone loves grant, but he needs development. The team needs a stalwart at the o-line to coach them like SM was when he arrived.
We have a oline support in staff already. He is our Head Coach. He has to roll back up hus sleeves and get more hands on with the oline. That should be more than enough help for Coach Newsome.
Comparing Kirk to Ben is a false comparison. Ben has studs stacked like cordwood and a fortress OL. To properly evaluate Kirk you need to straighten out OL and QB and get weapons at receiver.

Moore making time to work we the Oline would be huge.
@@davidwright1728 He’s a rare breed when it comes to OL. He’s just got to be more, no pun intended, involved.

Good evaluation of Bellamy
He’s a great recruiter
Offensive coordinator duties must change situational play calling is horrible from Kirk not fired. He just should not be the play caller.
I agree Campbell should be kept on staff as QB coach.

Would love to have Mike Hart back.....
It’s a problem if we have coaches that need help coaching.

You can't be serious? That dude stunk, he got canned from Miami and Maryland's offense is trash too.

I think Kevin Wilson from Tulsa would be a great OC for us. Go Blue
Missing Mike Hart??
Tee martin can bring baltimores offense.

His name is Dan Mullen not Mulling

Just move him to anotherpostion
His mix of play calling has been bad no rhythm for he can coach the QB’s but play calling isn’t his strong suit
Campbell needs to be on the way out. He sucks as a OC
Lol😅
Byron leftwich
That's a rumored name
@cjmike1024 yup
