If they just did whatever they did in last drive of 1st half, we would have lost by 3 TD for sure in 2nd half, instead, they said 'Man this is really working well, we shouldn't do this for the rest of the game' They lost the running game... by running the whole game. But also, we were given 2 first downs we didn't deserve. That spot was awful, we didn't get the 1st down at least 2 ft shy. Then, Day gave us the 'Time out' first down, that is an impossible error. Day does not get paid so much to casually call a game, he, like ALL other HC's get paid for that moment, to ensure the right formation goes out right after a TO, but more specifically, to NO MATTER WHAT not calling that TO, to hand us the 1st down, vs making us earn it. Even if we got a TD on you because of 'wrong fomation' you'd have way more clock to play 4 down football to win.
@@randombutrelevant they got 12 men on the field, not time out. but had they not we still get the first down, could tell they were badly aligned for that play. Also the spot was fine, they reviewed it.

The unexpected of it (9-1 odds), 6-5, walk on QB, outspent by 20 million, on the road, 2 missed chip shots, 2 first downs we didn't earn (one was a spot that was at least 2.5 ft ahead of where he got, giving us 1st down) and then the Day, 'double time out'. Crazy.

The icing on the cake for me is that the qb they ran out of Columbus last year beat Miami is is one of the top passers in the country right now 😂 now they want to run Howard out. I’ll be looking forward to him going to Oregon state and upsetting Oregon next year 😂
OSU lost the game. The Ohio St players had more fight in them regarding a flag being posted at the 50-yard line as apposed to fight needed at the goal line when Michigan scored a TD. OSU showed more emotions about a flag than trying to block Michigan's field goals. This loss has completely broken the mentality of the OSU players. This loss to Michigan will haunt OSU forever.
Paige won the game.....he concussed Howard and Ohio couldn't move the ball either way. Howard should have been benched.....there is talk of how bad his injury is now.
That's part of the tradition now. Two years ago the flag was planted, same thing happens because you lost. If there's a problem with it then win the game in your house. Also, if you win at the big house you have all the right to plant the ohio state flag in the middle of the field. It adds to the rivalry.
@joechriste7052 difference i have with that, well with Texas, is you're not a rival. I would have burned that Creamsicle flag. Oregon, well they're Big10 and #1 so hopefully we'll have a good enough team next time to answer.
Ihave no dog in the fight....but what OSU did after the game....lost all respect. It's a college football thing, you lose and the other team gets to plant the flag....correct? I am a Dallas Cowboys fan....I honestly only watch individual tape for the draft. So I could be wrong, but I always thought...you lose then you open yourself up to that. Also, did OSU make a concussed QB play???
Concussed maybe. Day says QB was fine but that means nothing. Yeah flag planting is dumb but it’s allowed apparently. Michigan has allowed it in the Big House.
I like how the former all-American OSU player was clutching his pearls over UM trying to plant the flag after the game. Every single year, we (UM fans) are treated to video of OSU players tearing down the Go Blue banner in the middle of the field before a game at Michigan Stadium. I'd bet he doesn't think there's anything wrong with that. And he'd be right; there's nothing wrong with OSU tearing down our banner, and there's nothing wrong with our guys trying to plant a flag. It's a rivalry and we hate each other, even if it makes you sad, Mr. Big Boy.
OSU worships Woody Hayes who resigned in shame after sucker punching an opponent in the throat. Now they want to lecture that planting a flag is "going too far". As long as that name is on your football HQ you need to just shut up. Caleb Downs lost to Michigan in the Rose Bowl last year. Now he lost to them again as a Buckeye. Dude's going to have maize and blue nightmares for years.
Delicious agony. Mentally weak crybabies. Amazing how Bennett forgets Buckeyes planted their flag in Big House during Rich Rod-Hoke losing years. And remind me, why did Coach Mire get fired?
Paid 20+ million for the "greatest team ever assembled" yet forgot to buy a kicker.... lol Finished 4th in the Big10, and lose to a 6-5 unranked rival for the 4th straight year... Blahahaha, Blahahaha, oh and just for the cherry on top? You ain't winnin a Natty.... Life is good.
Me too! Dennis Franklin, Gordon Bell, Ed Shuttlesworth& Chuck Heater! (I was 7 1/2)But Ricky Leach is still my all time favorite QB and besides the bowl losses it is some of my fondest Michigan memories.✌🏼
The radio guys said they dont understand, its pretty simple actually, what happened is michigan had more points at the end of the game, easy as that🤷🤣🤣🤣🤣
"It all makes sense now" said many ohio st people when they accused Michigan of the cheating. So how these don't know why we keep winning is kinda confusing 😂
I think what happened was the Ohio State QB got his bell rung late in the 2ed quarter. After that he should not have been in the game. The OSU coaching staff knew that, they knew he was going to have a tough time passing so they tried to run the ball. The problem was Michigan is good at stopping the run. The OSU coaching staff can't use that as an excuse because they know they should have taken their QB out of the game but didn't.

If O State doesn't win the National title Day will be fired and Chip Kelly will take over... And Ohio State played harder after the game
Paige won the game.....he concussed Howard and Ohio couldn't move the ball either way.
Howard should have been benched.....there is talk of how bad his injury is now.
1st time listener here, really loved the show. 🤣 GO BLUE!!!!💙💛
This is not a 6/5 football team. IT'S MICHIGAN!!
Michigan has literally only 2 elite NFL level players on their team yesterday and Ohio State kept running right at them for no reason lol
Maybe only 2 ist rounders played but plenty of NFL players on Ms team.
@ I know but only 2 elite level nfl players were on the field yesterday
@@Janthdanl Each side of ball has 11 players! Ala had 14 5 stars, M had 3 and M dominated despite the score!
@@billkramer2994 I know! I just find it funny Ohio state for some reason wanted to test the most elite part of Michigans team when it didn’t need to
@Janthdanl why he's known as "no light of Day!"
That's part of the tradition now. Two years ago the flag was planted, same thing happens because you lost. If there's a problem with it then win the game in your house. Also, if you win at the big house you have all the right to plant the ohio state flag in the middle of the field. It adds to the rivalry.
Hell, Texas and Oregon did it at the Big House this season.
@joechriste7052 difference i have with that, well with Texas, is you're not a rival. I would have burned that Creamsicle flag. Oregon, well they're Big10 and #1 so hopefully we'll have a good enough team next time to answer.
Cannot WAIT for the Buckeye radio call!
ohio lost to cade mcnamara & Davis Warren.
No Colston Loveland, no Will Johnson, no Rod Moore, and no Donovan Edwards for the 2nd half.... All core players and team leaders.... Just sayin.
Sherrone Moore is 2-0 agaist ○hio...
Love falling asleep to these shows and podcasts 😂😂😂 GO BLUE!
They crossed out the m for what
the schadenfreude is so delicious
"Ryan Day prepares his kids for life beyond football, Urban prepared us for just football." Well that says it all. 😮😂
Big Boy.
Yep all this pearl clutching from classless sore losers and hypocrites.
@13:43 Hey Michael, that M flag DID get planted
Caleb Downs now has 2 losses against Michigan. Will he try for a third next season?
OSU worships Woody Hayes who resigned in shame after sucker punching an opponent in the throat. Now they want to lecture that planting a flag is "going too far". As long as that name is on your football HQ you need to just shut up.
Caleb Downs lost to Michigan in the Rose Bowl last year. Now he lost to them again as a Buckeye. Dude's going to have maize and blue nightmares for years.
Delicious tears! Our boys embraced the hate and didn’t let the flipping off/spitting by OsU fans get to them. Go Blue!
I’m sorry they were subjected to this.
Thanks for posting this!
Delicious agony. Mentally weak crybabies. Amazing how Bennett forgets Buckeyes planted their flag in Big House during Rich Rod-Hoke losing years. And remind me, why did Coach Mire get fired?
No offense with an expert offensive coordinator Chip Kelly.
Ryan should be embarrassed. 😂😂😂😂😂
Not just a rival, they lost to THE rival.
Bunch of crybabies... We DO get to plant the flag and we did.
As a U-M fan going back to '73, this win was special. OSU built what they thought was the perfect team and...lost. Priceless. Cry, babies, cry.
Me too! Dennis Franklin, Gordon Bell, Ed Shuttlesworth& Chuck Heater! (I was 7 1/2)But Ricky Leach is still my all time favorite QB and besides the bowl losses it is some of my fondest Michigan memories.✌🏼
The radio guys said they dont understand, its pretty simple actually, what happened is michigan had more points at the end of the game, easy as that🤷🤣🤣🤣🤣
Fourth year in a row I’m here listening to. More !
That boy Mike Bennett was upset 😂😂😂
As an IU fan, thank you for all youve done in 2024, I mean it!!!!
"It all makes sense now" said many ohio st people when they accused Michigan of the cheating. So how these don't know why we keep winning is kinda confusing 😂
This is such a treat. Hail to the victors! 〽️〽️
It breaks my heart the ohio st fans are crying tears GO BLUE
We JUST planted the flag at midfield 2 years ago lololol OSU is so soft
The fact is money alone will never be enough. It requires the coaching to go with it! Lol
Please, you guys have disrespected meeeechigan many times and you've planted your flag at meeeechigan stadium! 😮😮😮😢😢😢😂😂😂😂😂Gooooo Bluuuuuueeeeee Baby!
Jack Sawyer probably won’t amount to much more than an alcoholic so buy him drinks.
