This makes me miss him so much.. It also makes me sad that I hadn't bonded with him as much as I should have before he passed.. This little one is lucky to have such a bond with a grandparent..
The little guy is upset his grandpa left, I know exactly how grandpa feels having to leave knowing how upset Parker gets. My daughter taped my granddaughter one day when I left, the poor girl was freaking out running through the house hoping I’d be there somewhere. It broke my heart seeing that video.
The last image of Parker looking through the door helplessly😥is really heart breaking! I feel so sad for the grandpa too. He had to close the door, leave little Parker & walk away with a heavy heart. Grandpa.....dear!
Grandpa is his best friend. I love it. My goddaughter used to throw full fits when I would leave her. Now she 9 and I'm pregnant she calls everyday to see how I'm doing. It's hard to see them cry like that but once they get older they remember their very first best friend.
What a sweet and and beautiful baby boy you have there!! Grandpa's are so special, and it is beautiful how much they love each other. You are doing a great job of installing the love and importance of family in your baby😍

••••My Dad is Parker's only male role model. We just recently moved closer to my Mom & Dad, and now Parker sees his Grandpa everyday. They are the best of buds, and love each other very much. When it’s time for Pop Pop to leave, Parker will ask him to say how many days, or hours it’ll be before he gets to see him again. So, there is no crying at the door anymore, but he still needs to know exactly how long it’ll be before seeing Pop Pop again. Then he counts down the days or hours on his calendar or clock. Just total excitement. 😆 I'm so thankful to have a Dad that can step in and be a good male role model, while also having a blast with each other. In fact, just this past weekend they went riding 4 wheelers and dirt bikes through some pretty muddy trails. Both of them came back to the RV covered in mud from head to toe. It’s never boring with those two, and that’s a fact, haha 😂
~Thank you for your comment. Parker will be 7 years old in January.
Laura Matthews Newkirk I love love love this video. It makes me happy with the love he shares with his Grandpa. I’ve probably watched it 100 times over time. Not to get too personal but I am sorry to hear that he can only count on his Grandpa for a male role model but what an amazing male role model he is. You come from a strong & loving family so I know that you are strong woman with a kind heart. He is 7 already? That is nuts. I didn’t take notice of when you shot the video. I think I am subscribed to your channel. I’ll double check. I have to see what this big guy looks now. Take care. Sending good vibes you and your beautiful family.
Aww. Poor little man. Must warm grandpa’s heart to be so loved.
Oh my goodness! He was hurt ! His little sweet heart. Reminds me of my son when he was this young, with my papa. Grandpa’s are the best.
To me it’s the opposite I cry when my grandson leaves my house 😢
lol awwwwnn
D'aaawwwww OML 😂😢😭😭
He's not moving from that door.
That's how selfless he is.

So beautiful so important to have grandparents in your life
Eyes just got tearful to see this bondage with grandpa and the little angel Parker. Lovely. ❤
One day, when grandpa will not be there any more, this video will be so cherished! I wish my children had had the chance to know their wonderful grandfather :'(
Everyday they have with each other is time well spent. Life goes by too fast.
That's the beauty of a family system. It's quite unfortunate many do not know it's value and break .
*baby crying* : Grandpa left and took all the fun with him 😭
My nephew and neices do that cry when i go home after a visit to sse them
A grown-up has NO idea, that it takes a great toll on a kids heart when it's time to say Goodbye 😭😭😭😭😭😭 I could recollect my memories of saying goodbyes and terrible heartaches that followed. 😔
all of my grandparents had already passed before i was born....i have no idea how it feels to have a grandparent.
Parker is staying at the door till his grandpa comes back
Ok, I felt this sweet baby’s heart break. I’m in tears with him.
What a beautiful and strong bond he has with his grandfather. It's a blessing they have each other and they have formed a close loving relationship. It is hard to see Parker at the door looking through the window at his grandpa. Makes anyone think of those days when one had their grandparent still alive.... Thank you for sharing.
God bless this precious baby,so adorable 😀😀😀
GRANDPARENTS ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!
That is called Love. Mother and Father can't keep them away. This bond is stronger one. Love from India.
I am so lucky I am 19 and still have my grandfather he tells me his stories everyday
Exactly like my son with my dad. They're just falling inlove each other. Such a pure love. His obsession for his grandpa is over his parents. 😇
Awwwwwww !! Broke my heart. How he loves his Grandpa. Grandparents are all so SPECIAL !!!
Crying for his best friend :'(
He is the spitting image of his grandfather.
If I ever heard one of my grands cry for me that's it..I'm crying too! ♥️
Anyone else about to start crying when the meltdown started? ;( THANK GOD I HAVE MY GRAMPA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;___(
Broke my heart to hear him cry!!! 😥 and he is the cutest!!! ❤️❤️
This reminds me of my son devin, we had to drag him and throw him over our shoulders that it tore me up , just to go home. My dad fred was a complexed man but he loved my boys with all his heart, but devin and him shared a love that could never be matched. Dad died in 09 and I was unable to take devin to florida to say goodbye. Devin is now 18 and I still smell my father in his room, on his clothes and ever piture we take of our son there is a small globe in the piture. love never dies.
Cute & lovely boy ! He is used to his grandpa & looks attached to him, great 👍 God bless him 🙏
