I'm glad he is happy now, but he almost commited suicide at the age of 14.

I did this with my boys but just used the palm of my hand and go from forehead down their nose. Worked when they were fighting sleep. Miss those moments so bad. But loved that tonight our now 9 year old confiding in his mum and me that his best friend might move. He didn’t have to share his hard moment but he chose to. Every moment is incredible and an honor to witness
Fact : if during sleep if anyone scratches your scalp gently with nails or sweep fingers over your face, you'll definitely feel comfy and relaxed. Sleep will find you sooner than ever.
