I am asking a question, and not making a statement. Are the cities of Oakland and San Francisco showing that women are poor at running cities? Both cities have female mayors, majority female city councils, female district attorneys, and a number of other top positions.
Woman are bad at most things. You should see Chicago and dolton. Try to find something that woman are put in charge of that improved. Reality doesn’t care about your feelings.

Most of you seem afraid to raise the question from "fear" of being called a misogynist. Meanwhile, these two cities are becoming inhabitable. Serious problems require tough questions and tough solutions.

I wouldn't have slightest interest in any business ownership in calif. Most if want see artists, visit museums, calif dont even need reservations, and-or tickets. Value isnt there quite yet, but just like most anything else, once very rare evolves, value is definate.
