Flippo, what new ideas and football did Tuchel bring to Borussia Dortmund?? There is a reason he is leaving, don't forget that. Dortmund is not a team that hires and fires managers without due reason. Everyone want's the shiny new toy, people forget, it's easy to get rid of a manager, it's much harder to find a good one. But let's all be honest......Arsenal are not a Big Big Club!! Arsenal doesn't have the money available to them, like a: Bayern, Real Madrid, Barcelona, Chelsea, ManU, City, maybe even a Juventus. Can you see Arsenal buying a player for 70mil and paying 300+K per week? That's what it takes to get a big name player. Remember the debt that most of those teams have and/or Rich Daddy funding the purchases. Don't forget about Financial Fair Play, most of those teams have all been sanctioned for excessive spending.
Arsenal underperformed this year, IMHO. To find a better manager that is available, that's a totally different story.
The reason why he is leaving is that PSG will sack Emery and, for me, they will sign Tuchel. At this time everything is better than this, as i said we are predictable, we lack of variety, and this is a problem. We have the money, simply finance is more important than titles for Kroenke, if you don't win players will avoid you. Arsenal underperformed for several years. It's not just some season, we are almost awful from ten years, Wenger isn't the only problem of course but we need some change, even with the same persons at club, a different mentality. After all i don't care, whatever will be i'll support the club, this is just what i think. Wenger has to change something in the team, players and mentality.

clarence julu you criticize others for "listening to the news" but yet let's be honest, the only reason people are calling for Tuchel is literally just because he was Borussia Dortmund manager. The Wenger Out campaign didn't start this year my friend. Why was nobody calling for Tuchel to replace Wenger in let's say, 2014, hmm?
Wenger has changed football. He's changed the style of play and brought on players that were unknown on hardly any money. Then comes the re build of a new stadium, right at the time when other teams are having owners throw money at any player to buy the premier league, knowing this, he kept us in the top 4 when having to sell our best players to fund the new stadium which he designed, and with the foresight of needing that champions league money. Last season, we finished 2nd, and the likes of Chelsea, Liverpool and City and spurs who all have money thrown at them, finished behind us.. This season he clearly has tinkered around with team formation and players, he's built a team that will now fight, that can adapt to any given formation and with the loss of Santi and other injured players, undeserved red cards, he now has a team in the last 8-9 games plus the FA Cup, that will scare the shit out of any team, he will build on that. He also knows that he needs the funding and support from the owners, which he hasn't received, and it's taken a shit storm for them to notice, yet he has calmly taken it all on the chin just so the owners see that its at breaking point if they don't start splashing out now. I was someone who thought he should go by feb, but then I started to see what he was doing with this team, and building a team that will go through the wars and come out tighter and better. Sometimes you gotta crack a few eggs to make an omelet. Just my opinion.

Honestly though I think if u asked most Arsenal fans they would want Kronke out more. Keeping Ozil and Sanches would be as well, and topping up with a couple of extra players that we NEED would just make us complete. Relax, enjoy the summer, and let's push Arsenal to win the league. I actually believe we can - it's all gonna come down to mentality. For the first time in a long time I'm saying - there's no excuses. We are ready. The experience the boys had this season will have turned them into men. They are together. So Wenger's in, OK he's been there a long long time, but I think the club is on the cusp of something awesome. I am confident. Let's see how we go next season - it will be different. EDIT: Just to add to that, I got the feeling the boys are managing themselves, and it's a bloody good result when you have players out there on the pitch taking responsibility and not having to rely on a gaffer to play well ,but instead rely on each other. That's what's going on at our club the last 2 months. Wenger will select the teams, give some guidance, but I think for the most part he leaves it up to the players. They'll work it out.

He said in some of his videos how important the fans are, so if they are negative surely that could also have an effect on the players/performances.

It's funny how everyone always brings up the fa cup but always ignores the PL and CL. When was the last time wenger made it past the last 16? When was the last time wenger challenged for the league, not won just challenged for it? And last but not least you forget we lost 9 games in the PL, are playing in Europa and lost 10-2 in CL. but we should just forget about all that because we won the FA cup right?
