    Workout looks really good, but I’m not sure at all about working in the same problem so many times. Specially when working so close to your maximum. It may be very harmful for joints and tendons. I would recommended to change the problem every set or at least every 4 sets.

      The blues are old School Room spares for Set B (usually black). The wooden holds... well maaaaaybe.
