    Oh my goddess! I did not know you could make your own alcohol ink! I actually stopped the video right there and Googled how to do it. Thank you so much. I don't have the money right now to buy them, because of course I'd need several colors, so this is great. Yeah, I get excited about the little things...hee-hee...
    Oh, and something else I just learned....there are also videos out there using things like plastic spoons as molds to make pendants and balloons or tiny ziplock bags to make things, another option besides traditional silicone molds.

      Thank you for that info! I'm new to working with resin and am not very artistic, however, I'm determined to learn! I haven't been able to work much, since my car wreck in 1997 and due to a back injury, it left me unable to do the work I have experience doing. I'm wanting to start out making gifts for family and friends, then once I gain more experience, to start selling on Etsy and other sites. Thank you all SO much! You've literally saved me hundreds, if not thousands with this new (to me) information, about substitutes, I can isemfrom the Dollar Tree! I SO appreciate it all!

    I wish I had a dollar tree stocked like this. The one thing I would say, is go to Michael’s and get multi-surface paint for a dollar or less. That paint and their “oil pastels” are about the only 2 things That aren’t good. Also if that mod Podge is still 2 ounces it is actually a better deal than the bigger bottles.

It's truly the best way to go about buying items especially if your just starting out and don't want to waste unnecessary money. I do have a video it’s in the older area. But in a bottle put alcohol at least 70% but better if you use >90%, I buy denatured at Lowes. A large can is $20. It last a long time and is the best for any projects. Alcohol in your bottle, open the marker and put the ink tube in the bottle. Shake occasionally let sit about 24 hours. When your good with color take out the color tube. I like to wring it into the bottle as I pull it out.

      Yes, within all of my videos I have shown all of these products and use. But because I’ve been using them so much before even doing this video I didn’t necessarily point out each individual product. Going forward when I use them I certainly will.

    I think sometimes you assume we know what you're talking about. For example, the wall stickers you say "I love using these." But you don't say what you use them for. Maybe I'm missing the obvious. And just because I'm an English tutor - it is "especially" not "exspecially".

      Ok, you said later for the tumblers, but that was one example.

      @themostcraftynurse3914  3 года назад +2

      Chris thank you, I use them for many projects mainly tumblers but anything I may need a sticker for. I apologize I show them often in videos. Thank you for your English lesson, I’m sure tutoring English certain things must bother you. However, there are words that do not always come out easily. More of an annunciation issue than a pronunciation issue. Definitely not a spelling issue 😂 I appreciate you friend. (Educators rock)

      @@themostcraftynurse3914 You're so right about annunciation/pronunciation. Thanks for not taking offense, I know we're all a bunch of petty monsters on the internet!! :) Nurses rock too! And so does your video. I had to go to Dollar Tree today!

      Thank you friend❤️ lol, the internet has definitely changed how we communicate. The dollar tree has just brought out cutting machine supplies. I couldn’t wait to show everyone. Weeding tools, vinyl rolls etc. Hope you found some good items 😊

      This one's in Orlando, I've worked at 5 dollar trees in Florida, they're mostly all stocked well like this, I especially love the Craft Aisle

      @@meg_dances6235 I agree. I am in Jacksonville, Fl and they have upped their game especially in the Craft Corner. If your store doesn't have these items you can always order off their website. However, they sell by the case on most things.
