Having a beautiful family and sacrificing her career to love her son who suffered from juvenile arthritis and also stayed in her marriage. That made her a success and that's why people called Tracey the realest of them. God blessed her later in life and then called her home. I'm glad she was able to heal and live out her dreams after all.

In a strange way, folks may not agree with me, but Toni is just like Tamar. They’re both extremely opinionated & blunt. It’s just that Tamar’s overdramatic, over-the-top personality causes her to be looked as a cruel individual. Toni’s much more mild mannered & soft spoken, but there’s plenty of BFV episodes that shows Toni saying things to her sisters that was unbelievable. But her mild personality overshadows it where most dnt notice. I think that’s why Tamar & Toni were always like each other’s best friends growing up. Sort of like that saying “birds of a feather, flock together”. I remember the episode where the sisters pointed out to them that their relationship changed when Tawanda became Toni’s assistant (which made Tamar feel replaced) and Tamar marrying Vince (which made Toni feel replaced).
I’m so glad that someone else recognized this about Toni. Toni isn’t the nicest at times but the way she presents what she is saying in a mild mannered way people overlook it. I remember her blatantly telling Tracy she need to lose weight as they met up to have dinner. Toni also excluded Traci a lot from singing background for her. Toni is also the sister that all of her sisters always support her and won’t miss her events, but she doesn’t show up to her sisters events.Toni and Tamar act alike and Toni spoiled Tamar which is something the sisters agreed on during one of their shows. Out of the 5 sisters, only 1 stayed married. This is a perfect example of how divorce and unstable family life creates the space for repeated cycles of broken families. Even tho the father and mother recently divorced, their marriage was broken long ago with the daughters witnessing such. This ultimately played a part in who they chose for spouses, what they viewed as acceptable behaviors, how they behaved themselves and ultimately how they viewed divorce and a broken family as an option. I just wish ppl would really understand how crucial it is to do your very best and commit yourself to staying there and loving your family. When a couple splits, they arent just splitting, they are ultimately creating a brokenness within their families for generations to come.
