As a reminder to folks, mechs don't shut down in clans, the guns turn off and can't fire until you get below max threshold. Given how the Warhammer reacted, it is possible that flamers are heating up the enemy.
As I'm almost finishing the campaign, I was just thinking on building something almost exactly like this, but also include improved punches and upgraded Flamer from the lab as much as I can. The Exe seems perfect for it. Great minds think alike 😀, thanks for another awesome vid!
I feel like mask is busted on the EXE. It feels the cadence of the run animation from within the cockpit quickens, but youre gain in velocity doesn't match. So it just feels like you're stomping faster, but not actually going any faster. Running in general feels off. For example, going 145kph in a full speed tweeked ACH doesn't feel like you're going fast at all. I also don't like that on gamepad there is no option to hotkey single press mask. There are spare buttons for that, for example you can just push down on any of the sticks to activate it. It can also be toggled using the "shift" mechanism similar to the weapons groups.
Ps the EXE is great, but the CT can't support more armor so the likelihood of getting cored straight through the CT is high, it's only more evident toward end game missions which basically require you to armor up. Edit: probably should have watched the vid first 😂
I am almost certain that Flamers produce no heat for enemies in Clans, unfortunately, they feel like they made them just Energy Machineguns effectively.
@kryptonianguest1903 not sure. Maybe it works? Granted he has a metric ton of flamers so it might be the case of needing a lot of them? I do not know. All I know is, I wouldn't be surprise if enemy ai doesn't take as much heat. They already technically don't need ammo to fire their weapons (Hunchback 4G keeps all ammo in left torso and will keep firing even after losing it.)

"Try it with your friends, when you are not sober..." Beschte! :D
The combat footage at the end was the icing on the cake.
Should be a hero mech, Executioner Dragon's Breath.

Go for it!
Happy Halloween folks! Flame hard! o7
Add assault hammer fists to it. You only end yup being short a ton, and that's space you aren't using.
Have you tried a build like this in MWO? That would be funny.
Would be a troll build unfortunately. MWO flamers deal basically 0 damage and you can't heat up mechs past 90%.
🤘❤🔥
rhis build need same additional heatsink in your pc... 🙂
Who let him cook?
I feel like flamers in clans have been nerfed too hard. Hard to see a reason for why you'd want them if they don't shut down mechs.
Making your AI lancemate engage and soak damage cause you have streamer aggro from enemy AI aimed at your CT
Yeah the mwo
And mercs flamer effects were more simple too. Should have stuck with that
LOL. I did this on a nova. only once though since my friends woould almost lag out when i fired.
the flamers didnt add heat right in mechwarrior mercs and unshockingly they dont here either.
Another fun build! When you have a moment could you turn your engineering eye onto building the Ultimate Summoner please?

Then why did the enemies that TTB flamed, stop shooting?
