👜. Anyways im from Spain currently living in Germany and im planning to study in the Philipines. I know i wont regret my decision thank you for such videos.
The Philippines needs Spanish speakers especially with BPO companies and they will give you a big compensation. Trust me :) Great opportunity for you guys :) Felicidades :)
I worked 10+ years overseas but now back I'm working in Philippines. The work culture here is better and more professional. The compensation package is good too, such as Health (HMO), Bonus, 13th Month etc. uuhm may be content about daily life as foreigners working in Philippines. Typical working environment in Philippines is like treating colleagues like family, however; the drawback in that is familiarity with each other that results to gossips 😅
And that's what I don't like. Not all workmates are friends. Some are just simply workmates. Just get promoted & promoted, you don't have to deal with those people anymore. They have no choice but to look up to you.
I don’t blame Filipinos for being jealous because why give the foreighners more attentions than us specially it’s our country the same thing here in the US a lot of Hispanics are sticking to their own ang give we Filipinos a hard time.
You are very, very lucky to find a job in the Philippines as a foreigner. The only reason you got hired is because of your spanish skills. I am an American and I could not even get an interview with a Filipino company once they found out that I am not married to a Filipina, and have no working rights and require an alien employment permit. They literally would not even interview me. I finally found a job that asked for an American accent. I applied and got hired by an American outsourcing company, which was willing to employ me through their US branch to avoid any problems with work visas, etc. My job is to find business leads and cold call them to try to convince them to outsource jobs to the Philippines. I create good paying jobs for Filipinos. Treasure your high paying job, it is truly precious here for a foreigner, and congratulations. There is a reason that you are the only foreigners at your call center and that is because you are native Spanish speakers..
Lass, as a Filipino and if you want to gain true friends in work place, I wish to give you a Piece of advice, stay away from "Marites" don't entertain gossips. If you cannot say anything good about others unless positive. Just avoid side comments. For it might be misconstrued by others....Pray always and I wish you all the best..
congratulations with your job application success.. dont worry about those who are jealous.. its not only for foreigners but with locals as well.. so dont take it like they are targeting you because ur foreigner... thats happening in every walks of life even in other countries... just be good with the people around you.. u know filipinos are by nature kind and friendly... hope u will have a good time in your job... congrats again.. well done..
Congratulations!!!! A Job in Call Center is a good thing... if you do good you'll be promoted fast... Pay is high as well and the benefits are very good. VERY VERY HAPPY for you both.
OMG I can't believe they already sound good introducing themselves in Tagalog. I've been a fan of you Ms. Sol y Luna for quite some time now and I really appreciate that our cousins from Dominican Republic took interest in our culture and learned so much things not just for views but because they really want to ♥ love you guys!
Congratz Sol and Luna on finding a new job and on your new role in the BPO industry. Yes, we understand that you will no longer have more videos, and that's okay. Tip on your new role: 1. Don't worry about learning Tagalog right away. Your office mate will talk to you in English or Spanish since you will be assigned to the Spanish department. 2. During training, take good care of your attendance and enjoy. You will miss it once you're on the production floor. 3. Don't worry too much about work politics and other negative issues you might have read or heard about. I can guarantee you that your fellow agents (batch mates/teammates) will treat you well and they will be your best buddies. Especially the management team, they will do everything in their power to help you excel in your role. 4. I'm not sure if your training period is also during the graveyard shift but be ready with your coffee mugs, hehehe you'll know what I mean when you get there. 5. Finally, HAVE FUN and ENJOY don't take it too seriously coz it will drain you. I wanna share these 3 words that my manager taught me: LEARN, LIVE, and LOVE. LEARN the process- this will emerge you into the role that you'll be doing in the company. LIVE with what you currently have - this will help you feel contented and will also motivate you to always be at your best. LOVE your role and the people around you - this is the secret of those people who stays in the company for many many years. AGAIN, CONGRATS KAMBAL and GOODLUCK!!! we will still be here as your supportive viewers/subscribers/followers.
I'm working in a BPO industry for more than 10 years. I would say working environment is pretty much the same in all call center companies. You'll experience easy to hard or toxic accounts. But the best advise is that just try to focus on your job, avoid gossips and stay friendly and get along with your workmates😊
prepare for your selves because if they find you over what they've expected some company will offer you hightier salary (piracy) . From that you can ask for your price.
Spanish CSRs earn 2x to 3x more than the locals. I was help desk support for years. We support employees not consumers: password/access issues, software/apps and hardware issues.
*Congratulations to both of you! Finally!* 🎉 I've been working in the BPO industry for almost 15years now. The good stuff - benefits of HMO, salary is more than enough to cover bills, savings and leisure and the culture in the BPO companies are very open. Just be patient with customers. When stressed out with an irate caller just breathe in, breathe out 😄
As a spanish interpreter, each of you might be earning around 90 thousand pesos per month, so you two will have a combined earnings of around 280 thousand pesos per month, already very good income.congrsyulation to both of you.
Congratulations Sol and Luna for getting a great paying job🎉🎉🎉 this is the start of your financial breakthrough. Always pray for God to guide you in managing your salary so your long term life here in PH is more secured. 🙏💕 we love you and pray for the best for you 😊
Congratulations 🎉 a lot of jobs will open for you if you learn filipino, a lot of call center now is work from home base, if you can talk to your manager if you can work from home thats better, you dont have to travel a long hours because of traffic.
Omg I love Spanish language! I studied Spanish for 3 months but I have to do somethings that’s why I set aside my Spanish bilingual application but I’m still planning to polish my Spanish!!! 😊😃

Yes bilingual BPO agents (English & Spanish) gets premium pay. Basic pay is twice or more than English only agents for the same workload.
@@ynnos5555 THERE ARE LESS SPANISH SPEAKING BPO AGENT...!!!!!!!!!! THAT IS WHY THEY GET HIGHER PAY...!!!!!!!!!
@@yamashitatreasures nope. They get paid more because that’s an extra skill set.
