I was farning pike in Michigan and my licence must expired when i wasnt watching the screen.. Anyway i caught uni pike and and put it in my bag.. i got fined 15k . Fish worth only 4k
sometimes the game does that as to simulate real life i guess, if you don't have a license and fish irl, you'll get fined no matter whether you release it or no, at least in most places. so newbies, buy licenses! (ps it's luck based, sometimes you'll get fined sometimes you won't, not worth the time.)
Guys just buy an advanced licence for 200 and you can keep spotted bass
