Agreed. This channel gives us much hope for the upcoming generation. We all should form a group of youngster online and elsewhere in which to share this information. Most women, especially young women should subscribe.
I say keep it light on the first date. Don't expect a ring, don't divulge too much of yourself, be honest, honor your principles, values, and standards and remember your worth. YOU are the prize & if it doesn't pan out with him,it's ok, the right one will show up.
I would add that some women are not the prize and makes it difficult for those of us who are. But if she's listening to this content, she's likely a prize :)
@@godizself1 I could agree on some level, there are some women who are not ready for a high level man, because they're not high level themselves. I'm mainly talking about self-worth as a woman and the masculine-feminine dynamic of the male chasing the female. It is instinctual for a man to chase after us, not the other way around, nor for us to be desperate for the man. I personally believe this is what has caused imbalance in the masculine feminine dynamic, that women have somehow lost their sense of self-worth, become desperate, and don't see themselves as the prize so we've lowered the bar for the men.
Wow this is very educative ,thank you for being my big sister 😉🥰❤️. I’ve been single for almost 3 years now ,your videos have helped me build my standard as a lady and I’m determined not to settle for less ❤️

I don't think it makes for good, honorable men nor happy, empowered women. Thank you for your videos, they're always insightful and lovely!
@@Ingrid0410 I quickly looked up an article that cites stats from 2017 (Statistics Norway) where it says that right under 40% of all marriages end in divorce. I assume these numbers are similar to the other Scandi countries. The article also noted that this was the lowest number since 1989. It didn't say *how* much lower it was compared to 89 numbers, so it reads a bit like "don't be alarmed". I still think 40% is too high a percentage and I'm willing to bet it would be lower with women collectively raising our standards. By saying "too high" I mean, I feel sad for all the women who weren't happy in their marriages because my god can a divorce leave a woman much, much poorer. Still, it's a relief that divorce is an option, obviously. Do you know the stats for your country?
@@garlicpaperstationery6224 There seems to be a positive correlation between divorce rates and gender equity...in countries where men and women are not on equal footing, divorce is really low. Either that or divorce may be more prevalent in cultures where happiness of the individual is stressed over happiness of the family unit. If you must be married to the one you "love" and men and women are constantly mixing in society with each other, it would probably lead to illicit affairs and people jockeying for new mates. It effects the longevity of marriages. With all these horrible divorce rate statistics in Western countries, now it makes sense to me why men and women are kept separate in places like Saudi Arabia.

Thanks for the make-up tips, I wanted to see someone take a softer approach to this art. Dropping hints that you are attracted is ok as you said because others may be eyeing him too and once done tastefully it won't lead to embarrassment. Once done in a subtle manner.
You look beautiful with and without makeup Viviene. From experience and what has happened to many women, I think it's important for a woman of elegance to have her own money and not totally depend on a man as the sole provider. If God forbid he passes on or the marriage ends, women and children suffer the most.
Thank you for educating women💝 I do think most men would appreciate the natural hair, which is more real and beautiful, like you said, men like it when its natural. Natural will build trust and prove your confidence 💖💖💖
I love how much you lit up when you mentioned that your mother was a homemaker. Perhaps you can do a video that reassures women that being a homemaker is also a job and a very rewarding one at that; in fact it never really ends. I've not been able to find a job and despite how the world behaves, there are many people who are jobless although they have their Bachelors, Masters and in some cases Doctorate. I don't think it should make a woman less viable or desirable if she does not have a solid job but continues to build on different skills yet the world really makes it seem that way which affects our psychology. It's not always easy to get jobs especially depending on the areas/countries you live in. I have been developing myself more and more as a homemaker which I really do enjoy and I do value family life. I also know many many women who are now choosing to be stay-at-home wives and mothers, not for glamour but simply because it is what they feel more drawn to. I'd really love to see more videos on YT that helps to remove the stigma and sometimes shame of being a homemaker.
There’s no stigma or shame on being a homemaker. It’s a personal choice between you and your spouse and if it works for you, do it. Also the vilification of career women ( who choose and prefer it) is also just as exhausting.
@@Vv-fl2rm Hi, thanks for your response. I think we can agree to disagree. There are many nuances to this topic evidently. Where I am from, there is a very negative association with being a homemaker and or simply not being able to find a job. Where I am from, it is largely much more respected to be career-oriented which is quite fine. I too have been very career-driven in my twenties and early 30's and now at 34, the hassle of it is a bit much (extremely negative and toxic work environments, maintaining a home etc). I love both ends of the spectrum; I admire women who are extremely career-oriented with passion and purpose and not just doing it to prove a point. I also really do appreciate and admire women who are homemakers etc as I have observed many close to me and how truly exhausting it is for women. I admit that where I am from, I have not observed many women being vilified for having a career, truly, at least not initially. Our girls are groomed from very young to take on the roles of the provider without even realizing it so we must have a great education, and an even better job making loads of money which is quite fine hahahaha. If anything, what I have witnessed are men who have abandoned their posts as providers and actively seek out women who are career-oriented, making loads of money to be equal or provide for them YET she still has to perform ALL duties which are typically ascribed to women. So essentially she's doing two jobs with no help from him then he has the gumption to complain that she's "always working" lol. It's never equal. As I said earlier, it is truly nuanced but I will also say, if it is your passion and aligned to your purpose then let that continue to be the driving force. Cheers
@18QueenHearts I agree. Most of my friends are homemakers but I find others think I must be lazy because my husband is the main breadwinner. But I juggle a lot and am very busy - we have two young children, I homeschool my daughter, I have a private music studio, run a blog and am a homemaker. I find it quite offensive when people think I can relax all day just because my husband has a good enough job for me not to work full time.
@@jacquilawrie1598 Exactly!!! This is exactly what I meant!! We've been so conditioned to think and believe that it's not what it is and that we ought to be stressed out working in toxic environments to prove some point of worth. I'm sure there are days it gets really stressful for you but at the end of it, it definitely feels worth it because you are pouring back into your own family which I absolutely love and admire. To hear others make statements like there is no stigma towards it is just really careless. I've seen it. Good day Vivian I really enjoy all your videos and tips to being elegant as woman. Now my question has deal with a long distance relationship ,how do I mean composure especially when we are just getting into the relationship ,I mean how much emotion and time should I put in
Women can make eye contact with a man and smile at him when she catches him staring, but a woman should NEVER make the first move on a man. Women need to learn how to flirt with a man when he does approach, giving him a clear signal that you want him to ask you out on a date. Also, I learned that a Woman of Elegance does not say, "I hate this, or I hate that." Instead say, "It's not my favorite." Saying you hate something just sounds aggressive instead of using a phrase that portrays more feminine energy. And by the way, how did the date go?
So cool to know someone has a simular personality as i do. I realise u hate everything i do and love everything i love. How can i meet u in person? Btw your wig looks exquisite xxx
I very much like your makeup style. I also prefer a rather natural, almost nude looking makeup, unless it is for very special occasions, but still I keep it quite natural, maybe a bit more sophisticated. I 'm lucky to have fair, even skin, and no wrinkles yet, also because I take care of my skin, with layering japanese routine. For make up, now I' m 40,i actually wear even less than what I used to put in my 20s. Over my daily serum, I put just a light bb cream, and concealer under my eyes and over the eyelids, because of darker pigmentation, i seem to have dark circles even if I havee my fair share of 8h if sleep! I then add like you natural eyeshadow and a brown pencil on my lower lid, framing my rather big eyes, so no need to over emphasise them. I add a good layer of mascara and brush it for any overload off. I fix my eyebrows with a specific brow mascara. Over my face, I do no contouring but I like a bit of peechy or rosy blush in stick, sometime use one of my lipsticks to achieve this, very lightly. And I fix it all over with a light touch of pressed powder. In Summer, I use a light touch of matte brozer, not too dark, instead. On my lips, just a touch of sheer nude lipstick, or gloss, on the nude palette, exceptionally it might be an old pink or darker berry red, only in Winter. On a date, my makeup might be a little more sophisticated than my usual routine but nothing too gaudy, always as natual as possible and also depending of the occasion, time, location of the date, etc. I keep my outfit feminine and classy, with a nice dress, never too revealing nor short, I prefer to suggest and leave to the imagination , given that I 'm curvy, italian type of woman. I wanted to thank you Vivian for the good, sensible advices you give us. It' s always good to make those questions clear, even if we all have specific situations, we often face the same questions. Brilliant as always, please do go on with your fantastic work! Kindly, Diane

Good day Vivian I really enjoy all your videos and tips to being elegant as woman. Now my question has deal with a long distance relationship ,how do I mean composure especially when we are just getting into the relationship ,I mean how much emotion and time should I put in
I love youuuuuu! 🥰
Thanks for the video sis.classy and very educative😍😍
Women can make eye contact with a man and smile at him when she catches him staring, but a woman should NEVER make the first move on a man. Women need to learn how to flirt with a man when he does approach, giving him a clear signal that you want him to ask you out on a date. Also, I learned that a Woman of Elegance does not say, "I hate this, or I hate that." Instead say, "It's not my favorite." Saying you hate something just sounds aggressive instead of using a phrase that portrays more feminine energy. And by the way, how did the date go?
I’m curious which makeup pallet are you using?😊
Can you please make a video about how an elegant lady can use her time wisely?
love these videos!
If you can't grow your own hair long you can buy it long. Either way it's still your hair that is what my friend mom told us to say.
Also use your fingers for under eye concealer for a more flawless effect
Wonderful video!
You look so elegant without your false eyelashes... please keep it that way 🎉
I must say you have BEAUTIFUL TEETH & SKIN! So clean, clear and pristine. ✨
Thank You!
Very nice all around !
