2:37 "I'm a little excited because now it's 7 o'clock, we were supposed to arrive at 4 o'clock so it's getting dark and I don't have a place to sleep" Classical german mistranslation between "aufgeregt" and "excited". I hear my girlfriend doing this so often. Great video. Keep up with the nice trip.
@@giantcheerio it's not a big deal. It's just that it might confuse people, because "excited" is something that you use when the situation is good/happy. I had this problem very often with my girlfriend, until I understood what "aufgeregt" means. Now that I speak better German, I understand it.
The 1st town in Portugal after crossing the Guadiana River is Vila Real de Santo Antônio. Btw in Portugal we have a saying "Abril águas mil" translate as thousand waters in April because of the rain. Nice vídeo anyway
Hey ho! Love your work on here and insta... Refreshing to see someone with a great attitude who's not afraid to show the good and the not-so-good! Safe travels Cheerio 😊
A hello from Texas. El Paso to be exact. I totally look forward to your blogs. A fascinating beautiful woman. I admire your determination with your ventures. I don't believe it's about being strong. I believe it's how determined you are to get to your next destination. Love the way you look in the mornings. Amazing.....Simply Amazing. Chau for now. Stay safe.
Hey, currently watching all you videos haha I was wondering if you are the singer in you intro? I find it simple but freaking addictive somehow!! Love it
Tnx for the nice video! Question? In what month did you cycle through Portugal? I am planning the coastal route from Spain to the Algarve. Last september I started in St Jean Pied de Port and cycled down the N2 In P. Bon route😊
The cost of the ferry from GC to Huelva 110€ just as a foot passenger is a complete RIP OFF. With car/motorcycle/motor home it is an even more eye watering cost. For locals it is very cheap.
yeah, true! its very expensive to get there by boat, but for me that was the only possibility and as I spent 4 months over there, the price was worth it.
Hi. I am portuguese and let me tell you that is really annoying to listen to a video which title says "Portugal" and then, half of it is the ferry and Spain. About the weather... What do one expect on March ??? It's really a pity, this kind of bad reviews don't help Portugal. Come cycling it in the Summer and bring money to pay your coffees.
Sorry to hear that you're disappointed by the video. Yeah half of it is not happening in portugal, and the weather in March is shit, which I wasn't expecting. Portugal is awesome and I'll definitely go back there one day and bring enough cash for coffee ☕️🤞
@@giantcheerio Hello again. I didn't want to be rude, I just felt betrayed, because, as you said now, Portugal is awsome for bike packing, if one plans it right. By the way, consider travelling a bit on the Azores archipelago, where I live, in particular, São Miguel island. I will pay you a coffee 🙂

maybe I should have used "nervous". Thanks for making me aware of my mistranslations:)

When I was in portugal everybody was talking about this April rain thing. I love the expression!

Thanks for your comment! I'd love to show more real stuff but tbh it takes alot of effort to pull out the camera while being in a shitty situation:D

Thanks for your kind words!
Ans "The way I look in the mornings", haha sometimes I think of brushing my hair before filming but I just don't.
Hahaha, the avocado for coffee exchange offer really did it for me 🤣
You're very inspiring person! Keep going Madam! Greetings from Poland :)
When i saw you set up the tent in cacela velha I thought you could have an issue with the tides and it was the scene immediately after 😅
😅
As always beautiful places (now in Portugal)... good winds on this new path... Goodbye Bye and see you later (in Portuguese: Tchau e até logo) 🌍⛺🚲🤘
Thank you:))) obrigada:)

Lovely bgm I need to bike pack again soon - Oslo next😊
Love these videos! Is their an order to the videos? 😂 we love watching your adventures! Safe travels from fans in San Diego!
The order is the time I uploaded the vids. One day I stopped numbering them 😃
Next time on Canarias you have to ride in Lanzarote too.
Hey, currently watching all you videos haha I was wondering if you are the singer in you intro? I find it simple but freaking addictive somehow!! Love it

Hey! Thanks for your compliments:))) I'm using da vinci resolve 17 :)
❤️
your edition is wonderful. I wonder if you have some professional training in video edition or photo composition
Thank you! I didn't habe any training. It's learning by doing and as u can see in my first videos, I started from scratch :D
Funny that they let people sleep on the ground of the cafeteria. :)
Haha yeah. But I wasn't the only one sleeping there
hello, good morning, could you send me the tracks from when you embark in Ayamonte to Sagres. And from Sagres to Porto?
My name is Nicolas.
Thanks

I was there in April but I'd recommend going there in May or even June. But maybe I just had bad luck with the weather in 2022 ;)
Exciting... :)
Did you find your way to Norway? I don't see a video of it on your channel.
No I didn't! Along the way I changed plans!
@@giantcheerio That's the nice thing about solo bikepacking, you can just choose wherever you go. Are you still traveling at this moment?
Love you dear kip it upp

Merry crimas cerrio best regards from stockholm
Você é uma inspiração!! ❤🌈💐

i always askd me from where comes the yt chanell naem...giant from your bike brans ?i'm i right?and cheereio ????
Hello cherrio .have you try a bike wagon? And you are giorgius
I didn't, but I wouldn't wanna use a bike weapon, as I am not always cycling on roads. Going on gravel roads with a bike wagon seems quite awkward
Merci pour la vidéo .
De rien:)))
L for love ❤
Wie hast du so ein idiomatisches Englisch kennengelernt? Hast du mal in einem Englischsprachigen Land gelebt? Tolles Video!
