Thanks guys. I ‘m planning to do Porto Faro this summer by the same route. Quite nice and easy, right ? Gravel bikes ok, or did you hit some heavy sand trails which would have required mountain bike tyres?
Hi, you will certainly enjoy this route. A gravel bike is ideal, and i would recommend using a wider tyre size. I ran on 38mm tyres, and if i did it again, I would probably swap them for 45mm tyres- forks permitting. There are a few difficult off-road sandy sections where you may have to push your bike, but they do not last long, and the majority of the route is on hard surfaces, minor roads, and cycle paths. Hope this helps. J
Love the content just, love from the nephew💪🏼❤️
