- Vice President Kamala Harris will discuss her economic vision in what her campaign is billing as a “major speech” in battleground Pennsylvania, with the goal of chipping away at Donald Trump’s advantage among voters on the issue. Harris will announce “new proposals for how she would make sure America leads the world in manufacturing in the industries of the future,” a senior Harris campaign official said. Harris delivers these remarks ahead of her exclusive, one-on-one network interview with MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle airing tonight, 9/25 at 7pm ET on MSNBC.

Tears welled listening to Vice President Harris’ speech. I’m 70 years old and have seen so many changes in our country. Some great some good. I believe she has what it takes to lead us back to great. She has so many great ideas that she shared with us. One thing that I’d like her to do is to visit Tech High School in Des Moines, Iowa. Tech teaches classes on electricity, HVAC, plumbing, building, etc. when you graduate from there you join a journeyman program with a company. You’re on your way to success. I would like to see several of these schools to be started across our country. We need more people to work building structures. Installing HVAC systems, and plumbing. Workers could have their own businesses.
My father always went to the same small businesses. And 60+ years later they are still there. I’m so impressed with Ms. Harris. She has the experience we need to lead our country. I always feel hopeful after listening to her speak. It’s like crying every time I hear the Star Spangled Banner. I want better for my family and grandchildren. I want the fear of Donald Trump to go away. I want friendliness to return to our lives. I know that Kamala can change our lives for the better. My vote goes to Kamala and many democrats running for office. I hope there are millions of people who feel the same way.
