Funny, I just bought issue 14 @ my Lcs today. I actually bought 13 @ half price books about 6 months ago for $2 and it’s in excellent shape. Just wondering though, have you ever bought Rust #1. It supposedly has the 1st image of Spawn. I have one copy of it but never have taken it out of the bag, yet.
I picked up 15 of those infinity incs mint I mean like put in bag and board when bought. Picked up a bunch of minor keys from another guy selling off his comics, getting out of the business. I’ve been buying all his 9.8 potential books.
I’m surprised at the 9.6 grade because eta nick found 9.0 max for a 1/2 inch crease and yours looked like 1/2 inches of color break to me. Perhaps they interpreted it as a production flaw. Did they leave any graders notes about it?
If there was a 9.6.5 grade lol, that one would of gotten it for sure. Curious about that staple crease. I've seen videos on removing and reattaching staples, but that book was already creased anyway. Unless someone had messed with it before or damaged it, that seems like a factory defect. Does CGC allow you to send notes when you submit a book? Happy New Year. I think you could definitely put a note on the bag when you send a book for the grader. I did it once and received the note back in the box with the graded books and pre-screen rejects.
