1:47 aah, indonesian coffee, although here, we have so many varieties of coffee, either it's arabica or robusta, but each has different "flavour", i.e. balinese, javanese, mandailing, toraja, flores, etc... 😁

I remember a cafe a bit like this that played classical and jazz music in Matsumoto when I lived there nearly 25 years ago. I often wonder what the son did to it when he inherited from his dad. Such a contrast from sterile Starbucks and other Western coffee ships.

This cafe was soooo beautiful and rustic! But as someone who went there during Golden Week, I can assure you all it is not as secret as it is 😂 the waiting process is kind of excruciating because you have to stand in front of a residential road and try not to block other residents

Your video was lovely and relaxing but to be honest, as an American, I always feel badly when I see Japanese eating large slices of white bread and other unhealthy American food when the Japanese traditional food is so healthy. That is why so many Americans are obese while Japanese keep a healthy weight. As for the fancy pour over coffee, I have been doing that for 50 yrs and you don't need a fancy coffee pot or need to pour it slowly. I do think one needs a ceramic coffee filter holder to avoid and plastic taste. With that being said, I do think this system it does make the best tasting coffee.

$3.00 for ONE piece of toast and close to $4.50 for a small mug of coffee is ridiculously pretentious! Have to give him kudos that his hype can dupe his customers to pay those robbery prices so they can feel that they are somehow more cultutured and sophisticated! The emperor DOES NOT have any clothes on as far as this restaurant goes! 😂
Value could refer to the features of a commodity or service that satisfy requirement, want or need. It is so true that some chain cafes are robbery providing low values, but this one isn’t. We hope you appreciate our experience there and have a nice day : )

日本の物価でドリップコーヒー¥680は高すぎる😂北米在住で物価は日本より遥かに高いが$6-7近いドリップコーヒーをカフェで見たことない😂over priced!

ドリップコーヒーの値段というより、コーヒー豆の種類で値段が大幅に変わりますね。カリフォルニア州に住んでいますが、私の行くコーヒー店では、ドリップコーヒーのメニューでお客さんが豆の種類を選びます。値段はその日に使う豆によりますが、一杯$5のものから一杯$17ドルのものまで。とても希少なコーヒー農園のゲイシャ種が一番高いようです。
