This new 265 hp does 100-200 in about 14 seconds (GPS) and clubsport does it in about 12 seconds (also GPS). With same size tyres (235/35/19). And maybe it's a little downhill.

No, it's a regular GTI. It obviously has 17 inch winter wheels. You can't fit 17 inch wheels on clubsport because it has 356 mm front brakes.
