Washington Square Mall celebrates 50 years, reaches retail capacity

Washington Square Mall in Tigard is celebrating 50 years. With the anniversary comes good news, like plans to add more businesses.

A Cinema attached to either a Dave & Busters or to a big RoundOne Arcade and Bowling Alley would be fun and awesome similar to what either the Clackamas Town Center Mall has or that the Valley River Mall in Eugene has. Having a Texas Roadhouse closer to the area then the one in Eugene would be nice or a Longhorn Steakhouse since the closest one is in Boise Idaho. Getting a Culver's Wisconsin Burger joint in the Northwest would be incredible. Just a few ideas suggestions!

not really. they are doing good job of staying relevant and the local communities prefer going here over others if anyhing others may close that would shift traffic here.
as long as they continue to try new things, reatailers will come if they the opportunity to sell and its way safer then lloyd thats forsure

The demographic of the area is why they are thriving! Lots of wealthy people in that area 💰
