Todd La Torre, is like Ripper Owens. Always doing an impersonation. First he had to impersonate Midnight, then Geoff Tate. Great voice, but we will never know what he sounds like.
Looks like Whip and Stone are both playing EVH star shapes (you can see the red killswitch on Whip's). Those are hard to find right now. I have an ESP Gus G model of a similar shape, and am looking for a Charvel Desolation model of the same shape that was made in the late 00s.
Hot Damn!!! The Glory Days of '80s Metal. Geoff Tate still has the pipes to blow away many a record executive. Scott Rockenfeld can still pound the kit. With a fiery finesse that flattens the pretenders of today. Chris De Garmo y Eddie Jackson. 'Nuff Said about this brutal duo. That still shred their axes that makes today's kindergarteners want to throw away their AI Trash. What a way to start the show. To show these youngsters what REAL MUSICAL TALENT looks like. I don't know about you children who just want to make 3 chorded noise that's regurgitated garbage. Give me back 1983. Queensrhyche's debut EP. A cassette player boom box. The opening jam of this EP. " Queen of the Reich ". Cranked to 11. Some brew y doobage. We are all good. So good to hear REAL METAL again. These gents have aged well. Thank you for uploading this gig. Just what the doctor ordered.
@@robertprady885 He left after Hear in the Now, yet most of that stuff lacked any of the soul or mojo or whatever you wanna call it that the band use to have and mind you he wrote most of Promise land and Hear himself
@@noizewriter3324 ur right. But with Jackson and Wilton it's not queensryche. Saw live original lineup 6 times and then without Tate, degarmo once and once more when they ejected rockenfield. One band that gotten stronger and heavier with a new singer is accept. Love them but another with so many lineup changes
looks like queensryche to me, the only cover band is the literal cover band that the former singer employs, bunch of kids playing songs they didn’t write ..the real queensryche continues to write, record and tour with new music and play that new music live (obviously with the exception of the origins tour here) that’s a real band

Brilliant as always! Todd sounds fantastic. Thanks for posting.

He is nothing to Tate.

Unfortunately that's not Geoff Tate. He was fired from the band in 2012.
You must be stupid. This new version of Queensryche has become a cover band.
And Eddie Jackson plays the bass
and Chris De Garmo left the band back in 1997
Todd is a top five singer all time
Queensryche died when degarmo left
if you're going by that logic they died after Empire....

And Rose again when Todd joined.
I just can't watch it without Jeff up there.....
Yet here you are???
Clown
And it's Geoff, Poser

Bro, 2 original members, this is a cover band.
