Also, I noticed your videos seem to have a theme of reaching higher consciousness(I dont know if thats the right way to put it.) But I find it remarkable that you can be so raw and open with your thoughts, especially on stuff that is not talked about enough. Its refreshing to hear others who enjoy deep conversations.

Thank you. I do enjoy thinking beyond the surface level. I don't know where it stems from but for the longest time, all I've wanted is for someone to understand me. To be able to talk to someone about everything and have them understand me intuitively. Maybe its a foollish wish but regardless it makes me delve deeper into myself in the hope that by understanding myself completely I can have someone else understand me completely as well.

This video reminds of my first semester of college when I couldnt sleep for about a week because of the stress of balancing work life and final exams. And then one day after class I randomly decided to lay on the grass and stare at the sky. Then I unexpectedly fell asleep. And for some reason when I woke up, my stress didnt feel like it was controlling me anymore. Laying on grass can truly be a problem solver

Laying there really puts things into perspective. And after you get up and look at everyone around you, it feels like you're the only one conscious.
Its the same with sleep. Over the summer I was never very irritable or negative but the past two weeks have been a rollarcoaster. After taking a four hour nap today I realized that sleep was the issue. When I can't sleep, I can't regulate myself mentally, and when I can't regulate myself, I feel incapable. And incapability, results in an all-consuming misery.
