Amanda...great job on the video! I appreciate the positivity and encouragement you gave. As a 51 yr old BW, I've always been open to men of all races, ethnicities but have mostly been in relationships with BM. During my college years, I was in an interracial relationship but it ended due to distance with our schools. Although I have not been keen on dating apps, I did try it but only received messages from BM. I know women in our age range may begin to doubt if we will meet someone, but there is someone out there for everyone.
You are so welcome and I am so happy that you enjoyed the video! You are so right. There is always someone out there for everyone and in my opinion, there are multiple people out there for all of us. It's never too late to find love. You can find a partner at 25,35, 45, 55, and so forth. As long as we are alive there is love to be had!
Hi Amanda, I am a white man in my 70s my partner is a beautiful African Queen who is in her 40s. We have been a couple for almost a decade , surprisingly she made the first move. What I love about her is her is her total honesty her strong character and her femininity. She keeps me young and l am very fit just because of her. She is amazing ,no moody or sulky attitude. I am a happy old man😂
Great job once again. I appreciate the work you put in to helping us to "expand our horizons" and possibly not missing out on love. As far as age differences, the first BW I ever fell in love with, literally at first sight, was 9 years older with a 4 year old daughter. I still consider her the one who got away.
Thank you so much for your insight and sharing your perspective. Be well my friend 💕✨
Have you tried to reconnect with her? Might be worth a try ❤
@@onevenus6040 I did look her up awhile ago. Unfortunately that ship has sailed. She has her own family now. Apparently, she went back to school and graduated top of her class, so I'm proud of her for that. Thank you for the encouragement though. I appreciate it.
@@Oahu94 aaaawwww maaaaan! But at least you know! Have a wonderful life ✨️
You did great, Amanda! I’m a boomer and I would have said the exact same thing! I divorced after over 25 years and found myself drawn into exclusively dating bmales I had nothing in common with just because of their skin color. Older non BM are more active and young at heart. They can be chuckleheads (like any other men) but still respectful, polite and aren’t into women paying for dates. At least that’s been my experience. What I’ve learned is that men are men. On the dating sites I’ve met nice guys but politically we had nothing in common or they were just too political and that’s all they wanted to talk about. Or they weren’t as committed to a healthy lifestyle and that’s important to me. Still, I’m a romantic at heart and I’m holding out for the right guy at this point in my life or I’m fine with just me. Thank you for this and again….you did great, as always!🌹👏🏽🍷
Aww, yay! Your opinion matters a lot to me.
Good luck!
Hi Amanda. I'm your new subscriber from uganda. l love all your content about interratial dating, it's so bad i found your account late but am happy that i found you. You're an amazing dating coach. God bless you beautiful ❤️🙏🏾
I'm 61 and just started dating a beautiful 34 year old black woman. She's sweet and we enjoy each other's company. We were introduced to each other by a mutual friend. I wasn't even pursuing any relationship at the time, but I'm glad I was introduced to her.
I'm 34 and I'd love to find a 61-year-old black lady.
Hope everything works out for y'all ❤
@@onevenus6040 Thanks. You too.
Hi Craig kerwood. That's beautiful to know. Do you have a friend like you who could be interested in black women too, please connect me. Thanks
Thank you for sharing!!! I’m in an interracial relationship in my 50’s. I’m loving the man I’m with. He’s not my first interracial relationship. My last one was a long term one, however, he became sick and wanted me to move on to some one else. Of course it was against what I wanted but he left me. We are good friends now, while he goes through his health issues….
This topic could be a tricky one for you. But you'll rise to the challenge as you have in your previous videos. Blessings galore!
It was a tough one because I always try to speak from experience and obviously this is not an experience I have had yet. However, I hope that you all will find this video to be just as informative and well meaning as the others. Thank you for watching and all your support!
I know what I like and anyone's opinion can't change my mind lol. I'm especially attracted to black women, always have been. I don't go for apps. Meeting women at places I happen to be at, at any given time is a good way for me. Another great video Amanda 👏😊
Thank you so much for chiming in! Really glad you enjoyed this. Be well! 💕✨
@@AmandaAwakens Amanda, even though I was nervous as could be, something was pushing and shoving towards the most beautiful person. Even being tongue tied, I got the words out. We've been talking every day now. I want to thank you for extra encouragement.
@@henrymarlinwy4656I'm glad you stepped up and spoke up! All the best for y'all ❤
Thank you. I just found your channel and everything has been so helpful, I really appreciate your insight.
Aww thank you so much! The highest compliment. Be well and happy new year! ✨
I need to have my mom in here! She is in her late 60s, and has been dating and married (twice) IR to wm since the 70s. I'm sure she has the stories to tell! I feel like with older peoples, its more "stable" if you will...They're not influenced by modern day SM, or social justice movements, etc. in regards to their relationships to the exent of newer ones.
I would love to hear her perspective! I definitely think there is less of an infiltration of others' opinions on relationships among older generations and at the same time I'm really happy that younger generations, especially women, are no longer needlessly tolerating abuse for the sake of marriage or just having a man. I hope at some point we find the balance. Be well!
Amanda. I'm a 55-year old white man who is happily involved with a gorgeous black women who I call her my sexy Nubian Goddess!! Her name is Michelle. I had been a fool, earlier, for letting her go! Because I was so damn stupid as to believe some idiots who knew ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about her, as a person and, as my beautiful girlfriend! However, we're happily involved with each other and, are making plans for marriage and, starting a beautiful family!! Sometimes I feel like I don't deserve her, her beautiful smile, her love, her beauty, her tenderness towards me and, her real, genuine concern about my well-being and, happiness! Yet, here she is! Showering me with that and, so much more!! It's true! The heart knows what it wants! It wants her! I'm so madly in love with her and, have professed my undying love, loyalty and, eternal devotion to her!
I really wanna thank you so very much for putting these series of videos about interracial relationships with black women and, white men and, vice-versa!! It's so helpful and, reassuring to me, at least.
Thank you, you beautiful Nubian Queen, you!
Hello Queen!
I simply loved this video and uplifting words for a woman of my age and older! I keep reminding myself that’s it is never too late for me and that the best is yet to come. Thank youuu for such wise words, encouragement and tips! Keep your fingers crossed for me!☺️
My fingers and toes are crossed for you my friend! It's never, EVER too late!
Thank youuuu so much dear!😘😘
Thanks Amanda for this amazing channel 🙏,I am a Kenyan lady aged 44,ready to love and be loved 😍. Sending lots of love and big hugs 🤗out there ❤️
Aww! I am wishing you the absolute best. You are worthy of the love you desire
Giving self grace-so important. Give yourself that time to heal and learn who you are, what your relationship is with God. I was married 12 years to a white woman and 13 years to a Jamaican black woman, and one can become co-dependent after that many years where you feel like if you are rejected and divorced that you are worthless. That single time helps you find your value in God’s eyes and that you are valuable on your own. I’ve been single for 2 1/2 years. It’s been the wisest decision to take that time to myself. I leave my future in God’s hands. My preference is a black woman but God will connect me with the right woman and will confirm it. It will be God’s way or no way for me this time. 🙌🏻✝️
Amen 🙏,may God grant you the desires of your heart ♥. I am in the same place with you, asking from God,for a saulmate, best friend and a man who puts God first. Sending you lots of positive vibes and divine grace, from kenya 😊
@@LoiceCheptoo-th8ng Amen! 🙏🏻. Same to you!
I’m 54 and just married the love of my life and my best friend. She is a beautiful woman with a heart of gold, originally from Jamaica, age 49. We met on Eharmony back in 2022. We are loving life together and very, very thankful. I never thought I would experience this kind of unconditional love.
That's the sweetest thing ever! Thank you for sharing your story. I'm wishing you two a lifetime of love and light.
@@AmandaAwakens Thanks so much!
@ *joemonday3908* I can understand why she loves you. Congrats. 🇨🇦🇯🇲
Congratulations on your marriage and a lifetime of love ❤️
As time goes, it’s important not to get complacent keep it moving, ! We like what we like thee end…
This is so, so important in all areas of life! Stagnation is one step above death.
Thank you did great, you gave me courage. I still believe in love.
My mother and grandmother have always told me where there's life there's hope!
Hello amanda thank you so much for your channel..im in a relationship with a white man,i am a black woman we are in our in our 50's and we are very happy....God bless you dear..
Aww so happy that you're happy! Be well and take care.
I hope it's a great thing for y'all ❤
Thanks for doing this video,, I honestly was thinking that it’s too late for me. I’m 57 and I’ve always been attractive to white men. My very first love was a white man but I ended up marrying a black man and other than the fact that I’m thankful for my daughters, he just never had ambitions, he was always content with bear minimal. So I divorced him and I just did so much better on my own. But now I want to date, but not having success finding Mr right. Or the right person.
It is definitely not too late! Certain facets of life make certain goals harder to obtain but everything is always possible. I am wishing you the resilience and stamina to continue your journey for love and to keep pouring into yourself in the meantime. 💕✨
I'd like to add that as older people regardless of race we are at a stage in our life where games, mind games are a deal breaker. Older men need to have peace and older women need happiness. It's never too late to find both. Don't give up on happiness or yourself. 👍 go find it!
Amanda has great tips to find good WM. (She forgot to mention Home Depot) 😂
I’m a black woman that is 64 and dating a WM for the first time. It’s been fun so far- but it’s only been 1 month. 😅
Sounds fun! That's fundamentally what it's all about is having fun and being treated with respect. Happy holiday season!
@ thank you So far very respectful. I had the conversation
about black women hair- he had no idea. It’s funny because he then looked up about 20 black hair styles from locs to quick weaves. It was funny - we had a great time laughing about it.
Is he younger?
@ one year younger
@@dmac1111 I'm 29 years younger and I wouldn't think twice about dating a black lady your age.
Such a positive video! You need to start a match making club/ business
Oh, I'm so glad you enjoyed! I've heard this before and have thought about it. It's definitely an interesting idea. Be well!
@@AmandaAwakensI'm in!
I agree with you 👍
I have a lot of regrets, and one of them is not being involved in an interracial relationship. When I was growing up in the 70s and 80s, it was still considered taboo to engage in such relationships. However, now I really want to experience being in one.
Well, it's never too late! But remember, interracial relationships are just relationships as people are just people. There can be some cultural differences that make for a unique dynamic, but the longer you're with someone the less "different" those differences will become. Ultimately, it's about finding who you are the most compatible with and if that happens to be someone outside of your race, great! If not, that's great too. Be well
@@AmandaAwakens that is my attitude.
That sad you are are special
Mr. K
Give it try it a beautiful world out there
Thanks Amanda, aporeciate your comments!!
Have you spoken about women in 40s open to IR dating? Where we're not with kids, haven’t married but open to diff cultures?
I haven’t but I could try! Just be gracious with me as I usually speak from personal experiences and that’s not a personal experience I’ve had yet so I don’t know how “accurate” I would be. I’d definitely love to try though if it would be helpful! 💕✨
Same but I’m so scared of dating apps and the horrors
@@zoejaiattoh1243 That's understandable but honestly there are just horrors in dating whether in person or online lol. Dating apps are as safe as you are when using them. Hope this helps!
I tried a dating app and I got so overwhelmed and deleted it.
That's understandable. It can definitely be overwhelming especially as a woman. Studies have shown that we can 2 sometimes 3 times more messages than men do on any given day. But, it's where I met my sweetheart so I'll always have a soft spot for dating apps.
Just found your page and thanks for this segment and addressing this demographic/age group.
You are very welcome. Thank you for stopping by. Wishing you a happy new year!
Well thanks for your advice ❤ i have been in dating apps but I couldn't find my white man, maybe the universe has other plans for us ❤️
good advice
I'm glad it was helpful!
Hi my loves! I hope you enjoy today's video and please, if you are someone who is in their 50s and up, share what has worked for YOU when it comes to interracial relationships. It would be greatly appreciated. Love you all and happy Sunday!
Nothing yet 😮💨
Ok wait I am not a child I know how to be safe I have experienced more that men in their late 40's and 50's are not as interested or open to interracial dating.
I have always dated interracially (no limit but mainly American white, European, Asian, etc., I dated personality rather than aesthetics) late 80's to present. However, interracially is NOT the problem it has been difficult to find WM that are single and NOT DIVORCED & ANGRY OR THEY ONLY WANT A 20 year old. I personally have never limited my dating to race or age however the dating apps result in just way too much weirdness so I will totally admit that I just started focusing on everything but dating and I became so cool with it. I am really not willing to put the energy into filtering through the bad in the hopes to finding the rare 💎 At this point if it happens or doesn't I like my life
Definitely wasn’t implying you (or anyone) is a child. I would hope no children are watching my content as it’s not designed for them. I’m glad you’ve found peace with the life you’re living. That’s all we can ultimately hope for. Be well. ✨
I'm 34 and I think older black women are amazing.
Thanks Amanda there's a nice white man who is always friendly to me but I feel like I'm too old you know how men in my age group seem to prefer younger women.. I've been wanting to try to get a chance to talk to him more to see if he might be interested in more than just pleasant conversation..
Hello, hello! I would say if you're interested in him then go for it. Strike up more conversation and try to glean whether or not there's a mutual interest. I'm sorry you feel too old for your peers in age. In my opinion, most of the time those men who chase younger women are not a loss to you. You're likely more mature and would find yourself mentally and emotionally settling if you were in relationships with those men anyway. Wishing you the best of luck and remember you have immense value at any and all ages!
@@AmandaAwakens Thank you so much for your positive words and encouragement..
What about those of us in our 40s?
I'd want to date a black lady in her 40's (or 50's or 60's).
I think by and large the advice here still applies. Perhaps when I get to my forties though I'll have some differing opinions :)
I’m hoping for as many opinions as possible. I knew everyone is different, but for females in the 35-45 year old range is getting in a small plane (4 seat Cessna 172 Skyhawk) something that is comfortable and something they would do or is that a hell to the no for the vast majority of all of you?
I am finishing a pilots license so this would be me flying it.
When I was 22 I was dating a girl that enjoyed going on lessons with me, but that was ages ago. And women in their 30s and 40s may not be as adventurous.
Men in this age group look awful!!! I may have to date younger. Idk. I plan on leaving the country; maybe they age better overseas.
I see you don't post a picture 😢
@@patodonnell3981good point…
This is exactly my case. Shes the most beautiful black woman ive ever met and we have lots in common.
I don’t doubt she is beautiful or that you two have a connection but 22 is incredibly young. I’m 31 and who I was at 22 is a completely different person. A 22 year old has not even finished developing on a cognitive level. I just encourage you and her to be careful and go consider the bigger picture so that neither of you are left heartbroken. Be well!
You should be ashamed of yourself. Leave that 22 yrs old and don't exploit that kid. Shame on u, u are old enough to be her Dad🤡🤡🤡
