When I was there with my family a while back, we drove around Star. We thought it was a pretty nice town. Looks like we're not the only ones who've seen Star's potential. Thanks for this interesting video. I got a lot out of what builders are doing even if we choose not to live in Star.
Yes, the high prices are tough on people. I wish we'd see them come down, but I don't think they will. For that to happen we'd need more supply, which we're short on.
