My issues opposite i wanted to reinforce pins and make completely unfoldable by either tighten bolts or rig with shim or some sort washers to prevent any folding block movements ….. keeps deck continually dropping then dragging to ground
I’d probably add a separate nut and bolt alongside the provided one to trap the mechanism… unless you have a friend with a welder who could add some side braces. Good luck and test well before relying on it.
I think that oxelo scooters are easier to fold but the technique is to push the handlebars forwards and then to press the lever and the scooter will fold ...
really appreciate this as we have obtained a "pre loved" scooter for a grand daughter but just cant close it - now at least I know what I'm aiming for! but why is it so difficult?
@@dorapopijac8913 make sure the scooter is not on the ground, have the back part slanted(put the back part on your foot) then try unfolding the scooter .
I don’t think there is an easy way to ‘fix’ the spring without dismantling the scooter and replacing it with a weaker one. Just check for poor finish on rough edges and work the mechanism with force. Over time it will get easier I expect.
