I got a 25:51 with harder strats for my first run. Kept dying trying to get reds in Bowser 1 and falling off trying to do those tricky double jump kicks in Bowser 3 instead of riding the platform. I'm gonna master this run and then start adding in the harder things little by little. This was a great video, thanks so much!

AY, this video guided me to my first ever 16 star run! Took the entire day, but I did have to waste an hour or so figuring out how to get stars on a keyboard and mouse

How is the wild blue wall kick harder than cannonless!? I can’t do cannonless but I did wild blue 2 try lol
For most people it is because cannon less has a consistent set up. The other you just kinda have to figure out.

The second star doesn’t work for me
just keep practicing! It takes a little bit but it will become more consistent the more you try it!

@@PoisonWoah and also on the second star, do you have to camera right, up, camera left, down, or up, camera right, camera left, down?
@@Luperpenguin As far as I know, it works on all versions of the game except for the DS remake.
@@Luperpenguin you have to press up so mario climbs back onto the wooden plank, camera right, camera left, then press down so mario turns around and walks off the plank!
TEXTURELESS IS WAAAAAY EASIER just saying
