    I really like the theory of combining the vestibular, vision systems.
    My question is when you are doing the more advanced movements (the figure 8 or infinity movements) is there some kind of push pull going on with the arms or shoulder regions.
    The reason I ask is because I know, for a fact, I have major occular problems with jaw alignment and teeth contacting. Specifically left teeth connection.
    This inability to feel left teeth contact is making me lose jaw, neck head alignment but it would help if you know what arm to push/pull on and perhaps even what foot to slide off and push-off?
    Not sure if that makes sense, combining some Alexander techniques with the theory you present.
