If you have khan then you are able to get a specific talent which is nice to have but if you dont have khan then you can still make the build but you cant get the specific talent. the talent is called neural overload and it basically lets you put 4 of the same modifiers onto a mantea instead of 3

quick lil tip at 90 int you get a talent i forgot the name but it uncaps mantra pen and makes your mantras do SOO much more dmg its crazy

its build its okay but u can go rein armor and u can get more hp like u have 102 hp kit and u dont even get above 500 hp and go 65 agi
Idk pre shrine reinforced amor isnt that good and tap dancer is also not really good anymore but with the hp you are right i can prolly get some more
