Hi Alexis! Correct me if I'm wrong but on your vlog or videos u feel some sort of guilt anytime you indulge in what you like and love. Please don't! It took me a long time to get over those feelings and I now I wish I would have done it more when I was younger. Love yourself enough to do what you love and makes you feel good. Treat yourself to a new outfit, get your nails done, get a blow out or make-up done regardless of what you have going on. Keep playing the piano, dancing, whatever that is because life passes you so quickly and you can't get those moments back. You can still be responsible and enjoy life. Take a trip, go out dancing, dress up even if you are having tacos! Life is short and you may just feel so much better and free! Good luck beautiful! You got this! ❤

When I was about your age, I went through some similar experiences and emotional processes. I didn't handle them well. I let them destroy me for, honestly, several years. I wasn't functional at all. I know that feeling of being so sick of bad feelings and pain. But they WILL pass. Even for me, they did, and already I can see the sunshine surrounding you. You got this, you really do, you are wise beyond your years, talented and beautiful. Love it that you're writing music and dancing, and that you have Bennett to comfort you with his unconditional love.

Okay, I hate overhead lighting in my home, too & avoid it at all costs..... what about some soft lighting in the corners of your apartment? They have those "paper lantern" round, hanging lamps at Ikea - - I'm talking about the ones that are like a large ball, paper -type material that make very soft, diffused & warm lighting, & give off a lot of warm light that will fill your space. They are very inexpensive - - you can hang one in a corner of your apartment & it will illuminate the whole place with warm, cozy lighting. I've done that before & it really works! : ) Hope your day is good... : )
As far as size goes, they are like one, medium to larger size beach ball....

I have been journalling more regularly for the past 3-4 years and recently started writing poetry. Songs and poetry are such a beautiful way to get thoughts and feelings out.

I feel the same way though when starting something new! When I get there and realize that everything is cool, I become more comfortable. Just last night I went to a painting class and had a blast! I would've never known if I hadn't encouraged myself!
Honestly girl, just focus on getting your space together if you still have to unpack. When your space feels good and how you want it to be, it helps make you feel so much better.
Also i know things may seem hard now with so many things occuring around the same time… i promise you one day you will look back and be like wow i made it through! things will always look up and you have such a bright bright future ahead! ❤

I hope you are having a happy Easter Alexis! From someone who too suffers from anxiety I feel like there are so many that take medication (in the past including myself but it just didn’t work & caused extreme weight gain and being a zombie which caused other problems - if it works for you 👏) and are left unfeeling and just numb - for me I prefer to be feeling all the things even though it can be overwhelming! Hang in there ❤ 🐣
