      China is also No.1 in building Buildings, They have the fastest trains. They are sending lots of space shuttles recently.

      Maintaince cost can be Surprisingly cheap, the majority of the labor cost is for the training of the individual /How common is a capable individual
      Is like a Electrician, they can be extremely expensive, although you can do the same as them
      (Ok bad example, electricians charge more for physical effort/time than skill)
