    My issue is that even as a right handed fast bowler, I take off from my right leg and I also land on my right leg. Can you make videos on how I can fix this and how long will this take?

    Great Video like all of your videos. Thank you. Had a question about game day routine to activate shoulders and arms. When I do these workouts and immediately bat or bat the same day, the strength shows in the batting. On Game days or practice, shoulders and arms do not seem as strong and wanted to know if there are any game day routine that would be good to follow a little before batting to activate the muscles or it's not a good idea to do these on game day or is it not a good idea to work these muscles before batting since we may get tired faster.
