Reminder: Recording herself "doing it all" is one of Jen's sources of income. I'm sure the family participates off-camera, but it's not their channel so we don't see them doing their part.
They problem with that is it sets an unrealistic expectation that women/moms need to do it all. She can forgo that content and allow her family to help out to take things off her plate. But money is more important.
My 17 month old has said “num num” while signing “eat” this ENTIRE video😂😂

Wow, I was tired just hearing your to-do-list. I'm so glad I'm not in the stage of life where I have to make sure there are three meals a day available. Your video reminded me how much work it is to do all of that plus everything else you do. Great video.

Hi Jen! I make an American cheese, sprouts tomato and thin sliced pepperoni with a bit of mustard on Dave’s done right bread- yellow bag thin sliced.❤I had to giggle when I saw your sandwich ! It’s omg indeed delicious. I’ve got to try the cream cheese and cucumber soon! Also, if you ever have some pork loin roast, I make a topping of pineapple preserves, and you mix into it a tablespoon of horseradish and a bit of Dijon mustard. Spread it on top of the roast when it’s about 3/4 done and put back in the oven. It’s so good. Make extra to put on top of the slices too! - sorry if I’m gabbing too much lol. Too much coffee this morning.

I bought that greens growing kit SO FAST. Tip for smoked salmon: smoked salmon dip. It makes the salmon stretch, and you can’t go wrong with salmon + cream cheese!

Try submitting salt bagel for the everything one. It’s so great & have that salt component there. That adding tuna for a protein is wonderful. I used to eat them all the time when I lived in California.
That flip yogurt is seasonal, it comes back every spring. I'm a chocolate girl but love that birthday yogurt!
I love your suggestions on better for me things I actually want to eat! The struggle is real lol. If i can figure out how to incorporate tater tot casserole or bologna sandwiches all the better because i was going to eat it anyway😂

I bought a bunch of Four Sigmatic products on Thrive last month. - they were on sale, They are also adaptogen coffee products. I have tried all three and I am really liking 2 of them - the Think powder in packets and the Think Vanilla Creamer. I do think it has helped with focus and energy in the morning. I am a blob in the morning. I normally have no energy in the a.m., even with caffeine. I am going to try their Think Coffee in a week or so. I bought it on sale at Whole Foods this past week.
I just washed out my veggie bins. In less than a month they got disgusting. It is a new refrigerator (less than 2 months old now) and after just that little time it was disgusting. So I am glad I got that cleaned out. I also went through 2 of the shelves. I find that it stays cleaner if you put some things in clear bins in the refrigerator. The mess is in the bin, not on the shelf.

Hi Jen, great video. I shop from Meijer’s and I have been very lucky with the food and the shoppers. The only problem I have had is I get something that I didn’%t order. I always contact the shopper and only once did the shopper return to pick up the item. I love Seafood and Salmon wasn’t one of my favorites but I fixed it like you did and it was delicious. I have some Blueberries and I am thinking of making some tomorrow. I love the Bisquick brand so I will make them and freeze. Love your videos.❤️I want to make some homemade Tortilla Chips. I tried making them a couple times and they didn’t turn out. Take care.

I've noticed you have done 3 grocery hauls within the last 6 days. That's a ton of food, even for a family of 4. Another subscriber said you throw food away (because you can afford it). I hope that's not the case, because that's a sin when so many are trying to put food on the table. You said you have alot to do....just think how much more time you would have if you didn't shop every 2 days. I'm sure your family would have plenty using what you already have in your fridge and pantry.

From a fellow Iowan you don’t know if she is giving food to someone who just had a baby, went to hospital, had an accident, lost a family member. It’s Midwest hospitality and just because someone posts three videos doesn’t mean that that happened every two day. P.S being nice doesn’t cost you anything, it also doesn’t make you look like a villain if you choose to repeat something you hear that you don’t know for a fact to be true or not.
