Use Shea moisture coconut shampoo and condiotioner and oil and Shea moisture manuka honey and yogurt leave in and Shea moisture detangler .I am 12 I damaged my hair from hilights and now I dyed it back brown.my hair is past my belly bottom and it soooo healthy now and soft .it’s sooo silky .it looks healthier than when I didn’t dye it.I use oil treatments once 2 weeks .don’t use heat .I wash my hair every day or every other day.when u go to the pool use coconut oil before entering and put ur hair on a braid.also my hair is straight.hope this helped

Make sure you use a real shampoo once in a while- I used to only use co washes and now my hair is damaged from the buildup
