How come you don't take a straight edge metal bar to scrape a straight smooth surface across the whole windshield/wind screen surface and fill in low spots later and scrape it again until it is perfect? It would be a quicker method. I can't believe you are working in bare feet! Where are your work shoes? Is that gell coat or paint you are spraying on the clay windshield mold? You do interesting methods to build parts. Is it possible to make a car out of carbon fiber in Vietnam, or is it too expensive? It would be interesting if you installed a twin turbo charged Honda K24 engine in the Mustang build. The K24 is capable of 1,000 h.p.. with an E.C.U. Computer program on a dynostic machine.
