Angel Gurría, economist, former Minister of Foreign Affairs and Finance of Mexico, and Secretary General of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development for 15 years, addressed the students of ISPI's Master's in Diplomacy program during his Lectio Magistralis.
In an hour-long exposition and passionate dialogue, Gurría explained to the young aspiring diplomats that today there are as many diplomacies as there are activities required for the governance of a country.
