As great as the RC Planes are there's something so cool about the little cars and trucks as well. Great landings & takeoffs. Always a fun time to have. Have a great day sir.
I agree Dennis , I'm interested in everything RC and nowadays there's something for everyone . Have a great week my friend .

Practise makes perfect! Good flying!
Thanks Gina . I noticed that I started to just naturally bring it in lower and slower each time . It really helped .
Good practice session. I believe that is how to get better.
Thank you Sir . Agreed , I could feel the confidence and skill building each pack .
Great video my friend
Thanks John . Hope camping and fishing are going ok .
Philip great flying. I practice a lot on landings. I try to touch on a mark on the runway, this helps with throttle control. Jeff in LA USA
Thanks Jeff , Had fun doing landing ops .Good idea trying to hit a mark . Maybe Ill bring out a cone or something next time .
I did notice I was making lower and lower attempts and getting slower each time with the practice . .
I heard my name! And Ray is right... they are very short flights between landings! LOL!
hard to beat that 1.1 T28 👍 always good to work on the landings 🙂

Great flying Philip and landing and the e-flite t-28 runs good on cut grass just released a video of me repairing club member t-28 did real good on take off and landing grass offs. another good video 😊👍👍👍
Thanks Frank I'll watch it . It was hard to get motor mounts for these as they always seemed out of stock . Glad you got it fixed up . 👍🏼
@@PhilipCockram Thanks Philip I found the replacement motor mount on ebay omni models had them in stock 😊
@@SlowFlyer85 Thank you Sir . I have an old T-28 (my first real plane} It needs a mount and new cowl , but could fly again just fine . Was hoping to gift it to a friend when parts were handy .
@@PhilipCockram I here that be a nice gift
Hi Philip! You make it look so easy! Question for you... my g-daughter (18 mos) is absolutely captivated by helicopters... and trucks and tractors and planes, but especially helicopters. I'm thinking of getting a remote controlled one. As a total novice, is there a brand you would recommend - or something I should absolutely stay away from? Or, is this a crazy-bad idea? Blessings. HAPPY flying!
Hi May . Thanks for your question . Its great shes showing interest . That's a little to young to comprehend the controls of a RC unfortunately. There are several flying toys and small drones that are very affordable, with obstacle avoidance and auto hovering , that YOU could fly with her maybe ??
There's also quite a large number of ' Toy" helicopters on Amazon that have various levels of operation like lights and sounds ect .
This one comes up as rated one of the best .
But there's many options . I hope this helps and you find something she likes ,

@@PhilipCockram Thanks so much for taking the time to respond. Yes, you are absolutely right - she is a tad young to handle the controls herself. I should have been more clear. Not sure I'll be much better lol. Will DEF take a look at your recommendation(s). Best.
@@mayb.wright509 You're welcome . I love to help . There's a ton of very low cost RC helicopters on the market . Most have a dual blade counter rotating heads design , are very stable and come with everything you need .
The drones and or quadcopter types are typically easier to fly and a bit safer , especially if they have enclosed blades , but both have many automated features now . Including proximity sensors .
I'd recommend searching at a $30 price point . You'd be surprised what's available and go with one that has the best reviews .
I can't attest to any of these models , but its an example of just how affordable they've become www.banggood.com/Wholesale-RC-Helicopter-ca-7003.html?bid=2107010101&from=nav
@@PhilipCockram Thank you SO MUCH for your advice. wOw. I had no idea of the variety and price point! You reminded me of a local toy store (small town) that carries different stuff, including DickieToys RCs. I will see what they have, and if not, order off the site you recommended. Thanks again so very much. ☺
@@mayb.wright509 Yeah the technology and performance have come a long way .
Shopping local is always prefered and I'm sure they have some great stuff .
We lost our local hobby shop and guitar store during recent events and I doubt we'll ever see them come back . Best of luck
