I had a little red come up when I coughed but that big fan machine was a something!, the noise and moving around and getting resituated, that's the big thing, getting re adjusted!. I pray that you feel better and that's the Sinus sickness trying to get you down, you can warm up a little castor oil and be careful while dropping it in your ear. Keep warm and drink some juice and " home made " soup, chicken is good. We love you Brenda, and thank you for the words of encouragement in the Lord Jesus. Be blessed. A couple days ago i read one of those articles that we see regularly during Christmas about our elderly folks and was inspired to write about it. I opened my note pad and about 10 minutes later this was done. My wife has been a fan for years and I have been the beneficiary of many of your recipes. Lump of Clay Through time dimmed eyes In a quiet room lies Old now he sits and ponders How his life just flew right by He was once a strong man Living life with purpose He now sits and day by day Ponders how fast it slips away His long loved soul mate Gods other perfect prize Left several years ago To her own gift in the sky But his long life was truly blessed With her love, a family and happiness So with contentment he takes his rest Is truly thankful with no regrets For he lived a life that was good and true Was tough as leather through and through But soft of heart he gave love too And as years passed , it grew and grew Hard times came and then they went And oft he mused what it all meant But he always gave one hundred percent Which is why now he sits content His kids and grands come round sometimes And swap the stories of his lifetime But soon he’ll cross that blessed line And arrive on Jordons far shoreline That’s why he so contented waits For Gods appointed special day With“ alleluias” at the gate At last he will rejoin his mate Because God loved him all his days Even the times he’d left The Way But the light of Christ came through the grey and built a king from this lump of clay

Our Grandmother would put warm Sweet Oil in our ears for infections or ear pain. Recently my Ear Dr. say that was a good method. I also remember my Grandmother, my Mother's Mother, heating cornmeal in an iron skillet then putting that in a pillow case, for us to lay our sore ear on. It felt so good & it also smelled good. Ms. Brenda, warm up some olive oil and soak it up with a small piece of cotton ball. Then place the cotton ball into your infected ear. This was one of my mama's old-time remedies that worked. Remember, you are so greatly loved and appreciated by so many, most especiallly in the Body of Christ. You have been such a great encourager, always pointing to JESUS, sharing His Word with us all which is so greatly needed, especially in this darkened world today. Also, I'd lost my beloved husband of almost 50 years, Al, four years ago. I miss him greatly yet I know wihtout doubt that he is with our Savior. Hi Brenda if this happens in your ear again warm your teaspoon and add some sterile mineral oil into the teaspoon and drip into the ear canal, it will numb it slightly and lubricate it . Brenda both of my children were December babies unplanned one was on December 5th 1980 and one on December 9th 1983. My daughter’s children they are December 29th 2008 and December 14th 2016 ! That’s a lot of gift getting with that many to get for for Christmas and Birthdays!! But it’s all joy!!
