Lots of clutch slip on your up shifts. Get the timing right. That’ll pick you up some time. Also, blip that throttle on the downshifts. That will help your braking as well. You won’t have all that rear bias created by engine braking. Great little car on an awesome track!

I mean increasing engine rpm so matching engine speed in lower gear. Blipping throttle (whilst also braking) thus making for smooth gear change and keeping car in balance .

Am surprised it is felt there is no need to balance your downshifts as absence surely puts greater strain on g/b and creates car imbalance . Great definition .

What is balancing downshifts and g/b? I’ve never heard those terms.
