Thanks for doing a Beastars analysis! I’m a fan of the series and happy it’s getting more attention. My favorite video analysis so far is Jack Saint; but it’s always refreshing to watch a myriad of psychological perspectives on the topic. The more, the merrier.
Sir, you've done a really good job here. I cannot believe that at the time of writing your video has only 152 views. I can only imagine that this kind of content is new to your channel. If you felt that your time spent in making this analysis was meaningful, I kindly ask you to continue producing such content. Liked and subscribed! Keep up the good work!
I know this video is 2 years old but i'm glad that you did such a good job analyzing this series and bringing to light facts that I had never noticed before. This is one of the most in depth looks at a character from beastars on youtube and I think that your channel has great potential! Keep up the good work.
Simply amazing, when I first watched Beastars without even knowing it I felt more connected to Legosi than any other MC I've seen before, I've realized why recently, I've been repressing myself, making myself look smaller, not intimidating, weaker, and polite, all for the same reason and when I saw Legosi embrace what I now know is his shadow I stood up straight even if I towered over others, that was fine and I felt There
Yes! I’ve been looking for a video that addresses the Jungian psychological aspects of Beastars for a while! Also like how you incorporate Jordan Peterson’s lectures into the video. Very informative.
You've done a great job. I done a ton of mistakes in 2020 and trying to grow as a person but I hesitant a lot of the time or don't feel anything thing because I block everything out, and I'm trying to move forward without these voices telling me I'm not enough, or they'll think im stupid, or just a present anxiety or fear that I can feel on my face that comes from the fear of being judge and not accepting fully, But brining the dark shadows of me and hugging it and embracing stings a little but is nessecary to be whole and to grow as a person. To the accept the good and the bad in order to help others and more importantly, yourself.. Thank you for conveying this state of mind so clearly so clearly.
It was a good video you made here and gave a lot more of a reflection and realization for the topic of the shadow, I would recommend for you to do it more this, it helped me thanks!
Awesome video man! I think this anime is an excellent story and should be seen by every young teen male because of the themes of controlling your urges, strength and discipline.
Might want to post a warning before you make one of these videos unlisted next time. I might not have been able to watch it again if I hadn't saved it beforehand. Anyways I don't blame you, making a channel focused on anime/manga(and a pretty unpopular one at that) would be pretty hard to keep going, especially after your second video got mixed reviews(I liked it don't get me wrong also don't listen to me about what you should do with your channel just do your own thing. I'm writing this just to say thanks for making these videos and if you don't like making them anymore that's fine.) Good luck with the rebranding and whatnot just know that videos like these, and Beastars as a whole, mean so much to me and I know it's cliche but I hope to make videos like this one day when I'm not so busy with college. It's really stupid how much this anime means to me but I can't really help it, it's been a year since I first discovered Beastars and I was horrified that I might not love it as much since it's been so long but rewatching it again made it clear to me how much I still need this story in my life. Anyways I still love your approach to this subject and I'll be waiting for season 3 next year(man I really hope it doesn't get canceled.) I also hope that you'll still leave a little room in your life for this edgy anime every once and a while and try not to be too self conscious about it(like I am), maybe one day I'll think of this story as an edgy obsession I had when I was young but I really hope not(even if it's true.) Anyways keep doing what you want to do, I'm rooting for you(just try not to forget how good you are at making these types of videos.) The neco-arc stuff is pretty funny so I understand you trying it out :) Good luck and keep up the good work!👍
Sorry about that! You are right. I put this on private because I actually updated this video and put it up on my new channel. @roamingtrend . It has improved audio, visuals, and arguments. I did make a post saying that I will be moving some of my old content to the new channel, but I suppose I need to put this up on the video too. Thanks!
I like the take you took on this. Most people either go for: "Beastars is furry" with a 50-50 chance that they'll go into a positive towards that, "Beastars is about racism" as we haven't heard that a million times before, "Beastars is about society" which actually is very true but a point that seems to be overused, and "Beastars is gay" which aside from being not true, is pretty self-centered and trying to wokeify something that is and shouldn't be woke. Instead, you go for the best, most overlooked part of Beastars, "Beastars is humanity". Thank you, bro!
I think you're being to harsh on Legoshi. If he's one of the only wolves in cherrytop. Of course he would feel insecure and yet Legoshi wasn't probably raised by a family.
then again if your shadow is like mine, there's a very good reason for not embracing it. mostly because i have more than one shadow due to having gone through non stop cognitive dissonance for about 14 years now, starting when i was 15. i'd rather not get into the details of why. i've found few people believe me when i tell them. they'd believe anyone else who said it without question. i dont know how many, but i can say without question that there is no real me anymore. more along the lines of an injured feral bird that cant accept it isnt getting out of the bear trap

Yeah. This was my very first analysis video. I felt it was necessary to get people interested in the anime and think about their own lives.

one of the best beastars analysis out there. wow.

Your comment aged badly now that the world knows what an utter lunatic Peterson is and that his followers are just loser incels.
This was a great and well written analysis. Thank you for putting all the time you did into it.

This was exactly the video I was looking for. Thankyou. Your video at least in the moment kinda let me organize my thoughts. Ima stick around

That’s awesome! I should have been paying more attention sorry. That’s great to hear, I’ll go and check it out.
What an awesome analysis! Thank you for the work you put into this video, I really enjoyed it.

Using "woke" as a slur because you're a weak pathetic incel. Ooh, equality? How frightening. Dunce.
