I agree! Nick is one of few RUclipsrs trying to desigmatize talking about this. It's brave of sharing this personally happening to him right now at the age of 22 years old male. I'm glad he trusts his fans with this vulnerable ongoing story which is specifically happening to him. When I watched this with my family for the first time it really changed my perspective.☺☺☺☺☺
As a queer person, I was initially uncomfortable with the idea of "converting" a gay guy, but after the update, it definitely made me feel better about it. I know that they probably didn't intend to perpetuate the "I can turn you straight" trope, but I think they handled it well in the end
As a different queer person, I'm kind of on the other side of the argument. Since the parties involved are all informed and consenting I feel like that settles one matter, and CNC is a valid and pretty popular kink that's kind of nested into the "unwilling" aspect. To me it would really only become problematic if the idea of conversion leaks beyond the sex bubble, but I feel like for most people their kinky sides are pretty well-contained
Same. For me I was just like "I don't NEED to have an opinion on what consensual adults are roleplaying in the bedroom because that's their private shit, but it is kind of offputting to picture presumably cishet couples roleplaying conversion therapy/corrective rape themes in bed for a wild fun time and I just don't wanna hear them discuss it'. I wouldn't control what other people do in bed, but the 'oh that's cute' reaction was weird to see.
@@abbey5899 yeah that's what I was thinking,,, it was weird that not many people acknowledged it. I think everyone probably has at least one kinda fucked up fantasy, but you have to be careful with where and how you talk about it
I certainly do feel a kind of way about a straight couple roleplaying gay conversion. The moment he said that it was her kink I immediately cringed. I suppose I prefer them doing that among themselves rather than trying to rope an actual gay person into their bedroom for that. But at the same time, I better not see them at any pride parades
However, I'd also add I do agree that this couple is doing the healthy thing by exploring with each other and trying non-heteronormative things in the bedroom, and I don't think that's bad at all. I think if more straight guys wanna try pegging, that's a good thing. I just think framing it as "cosplaying a gay guy getting converted into straight sex" is reaffirming the ways we are.seen by straight people. Him getting reframed as bisexual doesn't help much either, and I would argue might be more problematic because bisexuals often have to deal with getting propositioned more often than gays or lesbians. Unicorn hunting is a thing and it's why I openly identify as a lesbian even though I honestly see myself as more pansexual
I mean, it's consensual, they established the do's and don'ts, they didn't express any bad intentions to gay men because it was between the two of them, they didn't make someone else the gay man turned bisexual, I don't see nothing wrong with his girlfriend's fantasy since it's only been and will only be her fantasy of power and control, it might not be the most ethical but they're just adults in a healthy relationship playing and experimenting.
@@Elias-co3xz With no disrespect to you, I would assume that you are a non-queer person. I would assume you're headed normative straight man, because you don't understand how even the kink itself can be problematic..
i guess it doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things. like as long as ur not perpetuating anything who cares? but i think it just determines how morally decent a person is if that makes sense
As a queer man with activity within BDSM spaces, fetishization of conversion is a very big problem. But I can appreciate the couple sitting down to discuss the topic and work to remedy it. At the end of the day, they're both consenting adults in their fantasy scenario and I would think it's unfair to scrutinize every detail of their bed life especially after they've taken the concerns seriously and confronted it with each other. I'm happy that they're exploring their sexuality in a healthy environment as well as having the maturity to understand the less sexy nuances that go into certain kinks. This input comes from someone who has been fetishized and had folks make advances based on their fetishization for my sexuality, gender expression and race so I don't speak on it with no personal history with the harm that fetishization causes. But I can't scrutinize a consenting couple that have healthy sex positive conversations surrounding the problematic nature of their kink which shows me that this is probably not something that would bleed outside of their bedroom and affect non-consenting individuals. . As a side note though, this was a very entertaining video. Loved it
agree. these things don’t exist in a bubble, but also aren’t inherently bad, as in, having this fantasy doesn’t do anything so long as it stays fantasy. if this women has this specific fantasy of getting with a gay guy, but clearly only brought it up to her boyfriend for the purpose of roleplay, it’s rlly not a situation where she’s going out trying to flirt with gay men or making unwanted advances, which is the thing that would make it bad. they’re clearly being conscientious about how they approach it and keeping it in the bedroom so i think it’s a fine and healthy thing. i’m an ace woman, so while my sexuality is not really as fetishized as some, there are ppl that do and fantasize about “changing” an ace person. it’s only a problem i have energy for if they actually approach myself or other ace ppl, if they want to roleplay it in their own bedroom with their partner… caring about that would be a waste of my time and energy.
agreed and let’s be honest: what would kink shaming accomplish here? the girl would start to feel bad for having uncontrollable thoughts and hate herself for it. great accomplishment. while fetishisation of LGBTQ+ ppl is bad it’s also normal that in some brains this triggers fantasies just like with any other topic of live. s*x trafficking is a huge problem and is incredibly harmful, and still having/being a s*x slave is a fantasy for a lot of ppl. one thing doesn’t necessarily have to exclude the other. you can agree that these topics need to be tackled and hurt a lot of ppl and simultaneously accept that your brain fetishises stuff and know that this shouldn’t move past the bedroom. i can understand though that this is also a very difficult topic and just the thought of ppl having fetishes of your sexuality (or anything else related to you) can hurt you. which is fine sometimes it’s okay to be upset. it’s also ok to have uncontrollable fantasies though. how you act with having that is what’s important!
Hello lesbian here. I have a LOT of beef with the whole "turn them straight" trope for a variety of reasons (bi erasure, the concept of choosing to be gay, etc) but there is something to be said about "fantasy vs. reality". As long as this is kept in the realm of fantasy it's, well, it still feels weird but like it's fine? But then, having a fantasy like that can easily bleed over into reality if you're not careful, which WOULD be a problem (sexually assaulting gay men for instance). Tbh the first thing I thought of when I heard the gf's fantasy was that it was her wanting to feel almost infinitely desirable. Even someone who is not into women would still desire her, that sort of thing. Having a fantasy is not necessarily a problem, but exploring the root causes of fantasies is oftentimes beneficial, and sometimes I would say necessary. For her I think it would be good to consider the concept of desire/feeling desirable and if that plays a role in her self worth? Or it might just be a meaningless fantasy based on harmful stereotypes, I'm no psychologist.
Lizzy Fredrick 15 minutes ago As a gay man, what the actual f*ck was this story. I'm literally on seconds in and this actually makes me sick to my stomach. My identity isn't a funny little mask you can put on and have fun with. Also, straight women fetishizing gay men is bit of a problem nowadays. It gives me the same vibes of straight men sexualizing lesbians, but obviously reversed. It's also just sexualizing gay men. I'm glad they didn't "straight couple looking for a third" some poor guy, but this not much better. gonna repost this cuz its 1:16 and I'm too tired. But basically I think it's weird, fetishization and not taking queer relationships seriously. We already have problems with people not seeing queer relationships as anymore than a phase or a fetish, and these kinds of people don't help. There's nothing inherently sexual about gay people and it shouldn't be seen as a fun thing to play with in your straight relationship. dk if that makes sense but there you go.
I also wonder if the “root” of it is her wanting to explore male penetration & using a strap on. When I was younger I was really into the idea of using a strap on on my boyfriend, and a small part of me thought it would be more likely he’d try it if he was bi. Of course, I’ve grown out of that idea now & fully respect that he is not interested in that. I wonder if she is excited by controlling the situation more & sees having a strap on as a form of power. Of course that can also be problematic for other reasons. But I do think it’s possible its less about the partner being bi/gay & could be about something else
You said exactly what a lot of people seem to have missed: she didn't have a kink about converting the gay guy but for seducing him. Now whether it is a "she's so hot" seduction or a "this person is so attractive and ambiguous" is something that I think would further add to it. I'm guessing it is probably just the first case, but with her also wanting to then peg the guy it could be more than that.
Yeah having a kink for just being so hot that literally anyone would be into you is pretty normal I think, I know some people with like gay conversion fetishes are really into the idea of “conquering” the gay person and “fixing” them, but these two didn’t really seem to have that approach and they genuinely seemed very considerate lol
As a bisexual man this story still kinda rubs be the wrong way. Kinda like a race fetish or something, you know, fetishizing something part of ur identity that is not within ur control
Same. I was worried the clear fetishization (especially from the girlfriend) wasn't going to be mentioned. I'm a bi woman so I guess I can't say I completely relate, but seeing men fetishize sapphic relationships makes me uncomfortable so I can only assume it would be the same reversed.
Yeah it seems a bit r@pey..? Like not to “reverse the rolls” or whatever but if he wanted her to act as a uninterested girl (or to act as a lesbian) and he just has s*x with her anyway that would also be kinda f’ed up. Feels weird idk Edit: he did mention it and I’m glad Fernando is bi now
@@MarcHendry I’m a big fan of H3 and yea that situation was a lot more different. Ethan admitted that he went too far for a joke and acted foolish which was really uncomfortable to watch. I don’t think he meant to be offensive or anything at all though. He just sometimes speaks without thinking.
Late but absolutely. Also if a gay man were to have a “straight man conversion kink” I feel like it would be a MUCH bigger problem. Look at the James Charles (not at all a role model but easiest example) situation. Just the THOUGHT of him attempting to convert a straight man had the internet up in flames. It’s such a gross and weird double standard.
@@NYCTOSEE honestly speaking, I feel rather than her fetish being turning a gay man straight, I feel it's to peg a guy. Like maybe in her head, a straight guy won't like d-cks, so her fantasy guy to peg was a guy who likes them, i.e. a gay guy. Ofc who knows? I'm just giving her the benefit of the doubt. I'm glad they at least changed Fernando from gay to bi.
as a lesbian...... it does set alarm bells ringing in my head but... if everything else in the story remained the same, and there was no intent to approach any actual lesbians in the wild, so to speak (just bc that is so common, whereas w gay men... not really. tho straight women do sexually assault gay men a lot, and vice versa, honestly, but it's more bc some people think they're exempt from that if they didn't mean it ¨that way¨ and they're not straight men)... it's fine. i'm sure it happens a lot, rn, somewhere, more problematically than it does in this story, and even then... it's whatever. it's far from high on my list of concerns
As a lesbian: Tons of men have that and they & their friends & often their gfs don‘t seem to mind. Our sexuality is concidered one of the biggest porn categories & it‘s not mostly women watching that 😅 so no, referring to society in general this is verifiably false, but yes there might be some niche audiences where this may be true. Either way, both is disgusting.
you're right, nick. This IS the greatest sax story on reddit. I didn't even know that saxophones had such an interesting community🥰 edit: i made this stupid fucking comment and now people are debating what type of instrument a saxophone is😭😭 This is peak internet fr
I'm lesbian, and I think that as long as you keep it to yourself and it's fully consensual, go for it. Sometimes kinks are weird. Fantasies get taboo. That's okay as long as you aren't actually hurting or exploiting anyone and as long as you understand that it's fiction- not something you can do irl Better you get it out of your system consensually than target an actual gay person
As a queer trans person, I've experienced people trying to sexually convert me and my loved ones because the other person was straight and into me or my loved one. Even attempting to have a conversation about converting someone is very disrespectful, oversteps boundaries, and belittles queer identities. It makes you a weird person to even try to seduce someone knowing that it just won't happen. That being said, I've heard of queer people being into the idea of converting cishet people. That also just sounds like it oversteps. It's like you don't believe the other person's sexuality and feel like you can single handedly change it. Queer people from my knowledge have all around bad experiences with people thinking they can convert us and being sexualized because of our queerness is a big red flag.
pretending to be another sexuality is obviously not as bad as race play but I still feel it's in the same vain. it's problematic because your sexualizing/fetishizing a whole minority group which is always bad
Eh... I think conversion roleplay is fine as long as it's consensual. I'm bi, my boyfriend is bi, sometimes we engage in a similar scenarios. It's all roleplay and both of us are comfortable and aware that it is fantasy and nothing more. If someone was using it to be homophobic or something that's obviously wrong but I dunno I just think as long as it's not hurting someone it doesn't really matter. I wouldn't be upset by straight people doing this and enjoying it, more power to them. Kink isn't black and white and discretion is involved
Man nick, this video was so refreshing. It was so over stimulating and exhausting to hear TWO voices in one video. Now to have a whole video just filled with you talking (what I came here for, well I mean not CAME, but like showed up for) is just what we need as a nation. Thank you.
There are a ton of kinks that can be seen as unethical but are in general harmless when performed between two or more consenting adults and I personally have no issue with what this couple got up to, speaking as a kinky queer man. If she never acts on her kink or directs that towards harming an actual gay man, I don't see anything wrong with them having fun. Also, what a heallthy relationship! I loved hearing about their journey lol
I agree with this if they kept it to themselves. but with the dude posting about it, plus asking a friend for beginner gay porn??? I don't think thats an excuse at this point
@@junglejin3096 It's jsut my opinion as a kinky queer guy, i don't think it's harmfiul. I wasnt making or looking for an excuse about anything, If you think it's innapropriate, thats on you. As for Nick posting a video on it, you could've chosen to not watch once you knew the subject matter.
it’s harmful because of the reasons she has that fantasy. if you think racist thoughts is it harmless because no one else knows? if two white people consent to using the n word around each other is it okay and harmless because no Black folks hear? also, they may be RPing, but she said this is her FANTASY. huge difference.
@@marycanary3871 You said it yourself: It's a Fantasy. You can disagree all you like, but it's a fantasy. Idk, even with them making him bi it erks me a bit cuz as a bi woman I literally had to break things off with my ex because I found out he was talking to my female friends and telling them about how I wanted to have a 3some with them. Which was just so gross. It hurt enough realizing my at the time bf was trying to hit up my friends for sex, but to also find out this whole time he just saw my sexuality as a fetish instead of just a part of who I am hurt twice as much. Again these two aren't going out their hunting someone down to be a part of their fetish and hopefully it stays that way
The name "Fernando" has a weird place in my heart.I can't hear it without repeating it aloud in a thick Italian accent. I must have passionately whispered his name a dozen times while watching this video. _Fernando~_
The second the gfs fantasy was shared my instant reaction was "ew predatory" so im glad they addressed the whole conversion/exception kink issue. I agree with Nick though, you can be a fine person and have a potentially questionable kink if you can acknowledge that it would be inappropriate as anything other than a fantasy
as a bisexual woman who constantly feels the pressure from both lgbtq and cishet people to 'choose a side,' i really feel like we need to stop fetishizing sexuality. being physically/romantically attracted to a sex/gender is not a kink, it's part of our identity.
as a queer person I love that the couple unpacked the context of the gf’s kink together and adjusted, that is exactly how people should proceed but I do feel like there’s an element of bisexual fetishization there still but this was still a great vid from you Nick, love to see you having fun & vibing, love the sex positive content and hope you make more stuff like this in the future 🫡
I feel how Nick feels, he finds this chanel to be relaxing so he shares what he feels in his relationship. As a full time viewer of his chanel, I am honored. I hope you work things out with your girl friend. lots of love
all i’ve gathered from this story is how great the communication seems to be in this relationship, they both seem to be very aware and conscious of the other person and i think that’s really important.
the whole fantasy that the gf had about “seducing” an uninterested gay man into having intercourse made me extremely uncomfortable as a young mlm guy myself, and.. seemed kind of r*pey, especially with the “uninterested gay guy” part. deciding to “make” fernando bisexual certainly made things less weird, but it still makes me uncomfortable and feels so weird, because this straight man is pretending to be bisexual for his also straight wife’s fantasy.. i hope this makes sense.
Yeah idk the whole basis of the kink made me super uncomfortable the whole way through. Healthy relationship for sure but yeah nah feels wrong to be fetishising this. Also, I feel like in the update situation, didn’t need to pretend to be a different sexuality for that. Could have just agreed to experiment without making it a “we’re only doing this because Fernando isn’t straight”
The conversion kink is kinda weird but shoutouts to whomever quoted the ABBA song Fernando in their response (the "I would, my friend" one you were confused by).
I think there’s a lot of fantasies that would be unacceptable outside the frame of reference of consensual sex like pretty much all BDSM as long as it’s kept in the frame of reference it currently exists in no one’s getting hurt
@@Naahi95 i mean yeah we shouldn't police it, but its still fetishization. People with a thing for big boobs fetishize big boobs. People with a thing for converting gay people are fetishizing gay people. It's just calling it what it is. Even if it is fetishization (which is definitely is), If it's between consenting adults and won't impact anyone outside of their fantasy then its fine.
I personally don't think kinks need to have much boundaries, so long as they remain consentual, private and don't affect how you interact with the rest of the world. You can't help what you find arousing, so it's health when you can express your kinks with someone you trust and have good communication with.
you should do the story of the guy who basically wrecked his social life because he admitted had a fictional wife who was a human-sized sentient cockroach
While I try not to pass judgement onto people’s kinks and fetishes, things that pertain to the LGBT+ community are where I have to put my foot down, especially because of how overly sexualized we are for straight people. While I do agree that it’s their bedroom life and they can do as they please (so long as there’s consent and no one is hurt), it’s still crucial to discuss the hypersexualization of queer people in the eyes of straight people. We sometimes can’t even mention our identities in passing without people thinking we’re sexual deviants who are ready to attack. So to think that people fetishize conversion, something that is rooted in serious issues like compulsive heterosexuality, and even things like conversion therapy, it just makes it seem like straight people find us too “dirty” or too “vulgar” and that this is their way to tame us and make us “better.” It’s unnerving.
while it definitely is a problem, and I'm glad the op and his girlfriend did take it seriously and discussed it, while listening to this story I thought about how common it is for straight girls and women to love gay shipping in fanfiction and how some of this has to to do with the oversexualization and violence that straight females have to deal with from straight men and the idea of a pure sexual pleasure between two people that is not threatening and exploiting her MAY be what she is enjoying in this fantasy. obviously I can't say for sure, but coming as a queer late bloomer that's had to do a lot of heteronormative deprogramming and sorting out sexual issues from my past, I would definitely suggest people take a good introspection about why they be the way they be.
Fantasies often come from vague, irregular places, we feel in control of those taboo/scary topics, that's the appeal of it, they are not literal. It's not wrong at all to have any kind of transgressive/"problematic" fantasy, and doesn't say anything about your morality, as long you don't want to do any of those transgressive acts outside of a fantasy setting, (in this case, "turning someone straight"). People enjoy BDSM, but no one goes up to them and tells them they are fetishizing domestic abuse. I LOVE the people in this post for having such a great, mature communication! Fantasies are healthy and normal, and thru them we compensate, explore and heal :)
“projects” lmfao, very clever. the evolution of your work feels much more personable these days. it’s a really attractive quality imo. captivating in a strange sense, I think it’s a consequence of the authenticity. but bambi steals the show, being such a sweet faced baby. his power…🌸
The fact that they retconned Fernando to be bisexual is absolutely sending me. (As a bi transmasc dude I’m surprised they even did that it’s cool to see cishet ppl taking conversion and how bad it is into account)
the ramble towards the end was really great, i think a lot of young people have been influenced by the media and porn when it comes to about sex and how it "should" be done so it's great to hear people talk about how there's no rulebook/right or wrong way to feel, it's about what you & your partner(s) like and what makes everyone feel comfortable
The comment about "my friend Fernando" is a reference to the Abba song "Fernando." Listening to that song again after watching your video is an experience I will treasure for a long time.
Ok i could be so off base but as a bisexual gal i feel like the desire comes from not wanting to fetishise homosexuality but rather to displace the innate power dynamic in heterosexual sex
I wouldn't say "innate" but rather "the societal conventions/expectations about (power dynamics in) heterosexual sex". Other than that, I (as an ace AFAB person) agree with you.
i’ve been watching you forever, but i just broke up with my bf of 2 years and you have made it easier to progress. thank you for your presence online !
Queer dude here. In terms of stuff that's harmful to the queer community, two consenting adults exploring a kink like that, which they might not even agree with on a more general moral level, is definitely the least of my worries. But obvs I can only speak for myself and I totally understand how others would be uncomfortable with that and I don't blame them.
you’re very calming. Your personal talks resonate so much for me. Definitely worth a tea sit-down. I really adored your maturity around the couples experiences, and dissecting their interactions as healthy as well.
this was a funny video nick! i had a good time, you had some good bits and i look forward to seeing more reddit videos from you like this because i think they are very fun !
I think with kink and fantasy, acknowledging the problematic aspect of what you are doing and making sure it doesn't bleed into reality is enough. Ex: ConNonCon is def. problematic, but it doesn't affect how most people view life.
As a gay man, I think it’s weird no matter the resolution. Her kink perpetuates the trauma of gay men that isn’t okay when she’s a straight, cis woman. Personally I’ve been fetishized by straight women a whole bunch of times, so it’s definitely not okay to me 😥
The whole fetishisation is yikes, but the way they communicate and try to actually please eachother is v nice, especially in contrast with other relationship/sex stuff on reddit
Looking at their relationship I have to say that they are communicating in an incredibly positive and healthy manner (despite the guy going to Reddit to post about it?). It seems like it’s up to the guy to internally feel out his comfort levels and make a decision based on that. I think his GF wants to ensure his comfort over her own kinks (Good!), so things will probably turn out fine regardless of which direction they go. As a queer person though it’s ??? It’s a bit odd? I guess it depends on the reason behind the kink (wanting to be seen as desirable even by someone who wouldn’t typically desire you vs thinking queer people are sinful/forbidden or whatever). I think that they did the best thing that could in having a discussion about the ethical nuances of the kink and resolving to make ‘Fernado’ Bi. As long as they aren’t involving actual queer people and are simply sharing/exploring their fantasy with each other that’s totally fine tbh.

This story was problematic as soon as it was shared online and not kept in the bedroom only, but also as a bi person, im sorry its just really fucking funny to me too.
the comment that goes "though I never thought that we would lose, I have no regret. if I had to do the same again, I would, my friend, Fernando" is lyrics to a song by ABBA~
At around 12:55 when you’re talking about the beginner level the couple took things to, my mind IMMEDIATELY cued to Drew Monsen’s video “I Was Threatened” on the RUclips channel mytoecold 🤣🤣🤣🤣
This would definitely be problematic outside the bedroom, but as roleplay I really don't see anything wrong with this. They're not hurting anyone, or support harassing actual gay people
I really don’t believe that this is harmful tho because CNC is EXTREMELY common and i would consider this “conversion” kink a subsection of CNC. In reality, it’s between two consenting adults and if they know it would be wrong to try to apply this pressure on a gay individual and would understand the potentially harmful idea associated with the kink, then it’s not wrong! education combats ignorance every time.
Agreed but the comments seem to be filled with people who wouldn't know how to build a CNC scene in the first place. Idk. It's not for me, but I don't see why I should be upset if she's expressed this in a healthy way and isn't SAing queer men. Edit- it's also exhausting the amount of people who are comparing it to race play. Just say you don't understand other people's kinks and move on. I'm not a scat girl but I let them have their fun lol
The thing with RP is it is just consenting adults. That said, people are allowed to be uncomfortable with certain dynamics. I haven’t really heard of an RP (in this context) that isn’t problematic if it wasn’t an RP unless people are doing in-bed fan fiction or something. So yeah. Like with any kink, it’s all about consent.

You said all of that so perfectly. Ty for sharing your thoughts
As a lesbian, same here. I agree with you
thank you youtube user snot
agreed and let’s be honest: what would kink shaming accomplish here? the girl would start to feel bad for having uncontrollable thoughts and hate herself for it. great accomplishment.
while fetishisation of LGBTQ+ ppl is bad it’s also normal that in some brains this triggers fantasies just like with any other topic of live. s*x trafficking is a huge problem and is incredibly harmful, and still having/being a s*x slave is a fantasy for a lot of ppl.
one thing doesn’t necessarily have to exclude the other. you can agree that these topics need to be tackled and hurt a lot of ppl and simultaneously accept that your brain fetishises stuff and know that this shouldn’t move past the bedroom.
i can understand though that this is also a very difficult topic and just the thought of ppl having fetishes of your sexuality (or anything else related to you) can hurt you. which is fine sometimes it’s okay to be upset. it’s also ok to have uncontrollable fantasies though.
how you act with having that is what’s important!

As a gay man, what the actual f*ck was this story.
Wonderfully said!

Feels weird idk
Edit: he did mention it and I’m glad Fernando is bi now
totally. it is fetishizing being gay and normalizing pressure to convert or "just try it" with the opposite sex
Bless their tepid liberal hearts for thinking it was less problematic to fetishize bi men than gay men.
I can’t get over you checking if you’re allowed to say twink. Also Fernando is the bi representation that I need.

if a man’s biggest fantasy was having a lesbian that he turns straight we’d know it’s weird off the bat
exactly!!
Agreed. Same thing goes with converting straight people.
pretending to be another sexuality is obviously not as bad as race play but I still feel it's in the same vain. it's problematic because your sexualizing/fetishizing a whole minority group which is always bad

Hello this comment needs more attention. So well stated.
while it definitely is a problem, and I'm glad the op and his girlfriend did take it seriously and discussed it, while listening to this story I thought about how common it is for straight girls and women to love gay shipping in fanfiction and how some of this has to to do with the oversexualization and violence that straight females have to deal with from straight men and the idea of a pure sexual pleasure between two people that is not threatening and exploiting her MAY be what she is enjoying in this fantasy. obviously I can't say for sure, but coming as a queer late bloomer that's had to do a lot of heteronormative deprogramming and sorting out sexual issues from my past, I would definitely suggest people take a good introspection about why they be the way they be.
SO excited for the queef jerky listening party

“If I had to do the same again, I would, my friend, Fernando” is lyrics from an ABBA song called Fernando, nick. And it SLAPS.

Ok i could be so off base but as a bisexual gal i feel like the desire comes from not wanting to fetishise homosexuality but rather to displace the innate power dynamic in heterosexual sex
That’s an interesting perspective and could have some basis

I think with kink and fantasy, acknowledging the problematic aspect of what you are doing and making sure it doesn't bleed into reality is enough. Ex: ConNonCon is def. problematic, but it doesn't affect how most people view life.
As a gay man, I think it’s weird no matter the resolution. Her kink perpetuates the trauma of gay men that isn’t okay when she’s a straight, cis woman. Personally I’ve been fetishized by straight women a whole bunch of times, so it’s definitely not okay to me 😥
The whole fetishisation is yikes, but the way they communicate and try to actually please eachother is v nice, especially in contrast with other relationship/sex stuff on reddit
the amount of times nick says it isnt about him makes me absolutely sure this is about him.
I've never even seen a picture of the man, but I've got a very clear image of Nick's Dad laughing at this rant
nick not understanding the abba reference killed me
3:20 Lmao I love that Nick isn't just okay with people having kinky sex, but advocates for people to have more of it
Looking at their relationship I have to say that they are communicating in an incredibly positive and healthy manner (despite the guy going to Reddit to post about it?).

Appreciate the long form content from nick!🙏 it’s so great to enjoy content the creators enjoy making 😅
The hottest part of this story was all the healthy communication and willingness to understand
"If I had to do the same again I would my friend, Fernando" is a quote from an Abba song :)
So brave to see youtubers share such personal things. Reminds us that even the internet people have werd crap going on
Nick is honestly a ray of sunshine, be still my heart ❤️
the comment that goes "though I never thought that we would lose, I have no regret. if I had to do the same again, I would, my friend, Fernando" is lyrics to a song by ABBA~
The amount of times Nick is clarifying that the story *isnt* about him is making me suspicious that it might be abt him 🤧🤧
At around 12:55 when you’re talking about the beginner level the couple took things to, my mind IMMEDIATELY cued to Drew Monsen’s video “I Was Threatened” on the RUclips channel mytoecold 🤣🤣🤣🤣
*lyric from well known ABBA song “Fernando”*
Nick: what are you saying 👁👄👁
I think she just wants to be dominant sometimes, it's that simple
This would definitely be problematic outside the bedroom, but as roleplay I really don't see anything wrong with this. They're not hurting anyone, or support harassing actual gay people
hearing nick say "str*pon" and rant about raking leaves was just what i needed today
Kinks shouldn’t be shamed but as soon as you bring it outside the bedroom it’s public opinion. Can’t be mad when you put that out there.
i appreciate that nick is doing more talking in his videos. its like a little podcast for me to listen to when im doing other stuff
woo the cool dude is back!
your name is really cool
@@anonkittygirl Aw thanks! yours is very cute too
I really don’t believe that this is harmful tho because CNC is EXTREMELY common and i would consider this “conversion” kink a subsection of CNC.
