I absolutely LOVED this movie. The 3rd act could have been tightened up, but Timothy really nails the charm and magic of a young Wonka
And let's be honest, anytime Hugh Grant shows up onscreen it's great lol

It had it moments. but I prefer my Wonkas to have that air of mystery. And actually giving him a backstory took away what made his character so interesting.
