I just drilled one hole in the outside of the door getting the measurements from the driver side mirror hole installed the mirror through the hole took the door panel off and ran my arm up through the window opening to tighten the nut.
I just bought a 1974 Standard Beetle but I have to drill in both doors because someone thought it would be a good idea to fill the hole up with bondo.😂

I just got my 74 beetle. Im not about to go through the effort of drilling in both doors. So I’m just gonna fuckin wing it without any mirrors lol
@@landondarr5142 you can use Karmann Ghia mirrors. They are a better alternative to bubble-gum and baling twine.
