    Whew, I thought frogs were hard to maintain as pets.
    Thankfully, they're not :D

      They are found at your local pet store, usually by the fish ( in my store, witch is pet smart, ) but are also found by the reptiles ( turtles, lizards, etc. )

    • @JoshsFrogs
      @JoshsFrogs  5 лет назад

      Jose,
      Unfortunately we are unable to give any advice on this, as we do not catch wild animals or insects. Although it is possible to catch wild frogs to keep as pets, there are several things you should consider first. ... Taking a frog from its natural environment could be harming wild frog populations, especially if it is an endangered species. If they are native to your area as well they can be illegal to keep!
      My apologies!

    Id like to have a frog, but i dunno. I wish they could roam. seems sad to keep them in an aquarium. Seems really boring for them to me. i guess its kinda cool they dont have to worry about predators. I just wish i knew how to tell if theyre happy. I wouldnt be happy in an aquarium. but im not a frog.

    Would Yellow Spotted Climbing Toads be able to eat smaller Dubia Roach Nymphs? I have a colony going for my chameleon and was looking to get a larger froggy fella.

      Yes, they will. You may need to tong feed them initially, but yellow spots take quite well to dubia nymphs.

      Josh's Frogs this is because their skin isn't delicate like chorus frogs, reed frogs, or the mantella.

    After watching many videos by Josh’s Frogs I have to share this comment: Zach needs to be replaced by someone who can present this wonderful information in a much better way. It seems that he reads a script. He then rushes and it is very difficult to understand many words he saying. Please, have someone with better communication skills present your products.

      We do not. As far as I'm aware, all of those are wild caught. We only sell captive bred animals that we produce ourselves.

    • @samthomson4388
      @samthomson4388 8 лет назад +1

      Not recommend but can work but it depends on the species if your are going to feed them already dead u will have to wiggle the food in front of is face to act as a stimulant. Not recommend

    • @JoshsFrogs
      @JoshsFrogs  8 лет назад +1

      We'd recommend feeding live crickets.
