On today’s episode of The Therapy Crouch, #AMA, Abbey and Peter are back on the sofa sharing their pearls of wisdom in response to all your burning questions!
Not ones to shy away from a challenge, we are starting hot straight out the blocks and addressing the age old question of ‘Would you rather fight one horse sized duck or 100 duck sized horses’ - the questions mainstream media are too scared to tackle!
Abbey and Peter are also on hand to give advice to some of our younger listeners on how they can change their mindset and achieve success in any area of their lives they apply it to!

Just whilst the topic of "incredible" figures who have inspired and instilled an excitement and buzz wothin their field, to to those absolute opposites who can still absorb the goodness and the lessons from others 'i wanted to acknowledge the utterly PHENOMENAL achievement of reaching very nearly 9.5 MILLION views!!
That is intriguing and interesting for me personally as an avid listener

You have the decency of humans generally that allpws a bit of grace for the minor irritations like the bloomimg feet on couch!! And the use of the world "incredible" by Abbie,😂
Seriously though, its a massive accomplishment to bring not only a podcast but one with your beloved, and even more impressive is the marriage of over 13 years , and nearly two decades together is another thing entirely. To do this as a passion project, and see the genuine love and laughter you share, without any bS or Pretence really shows the importance of communication and emphasising healthy habits to ensure you still nurture that relationship and marriage. I think your audience respects the honest and raw perspectives you share.
This is so important to not have an "all that glitters is gold" outlook and expectation upon those who do seem to "have it all".
Thank you for being your authentic organic selves.
