Milind Soman's fitness is quite legendary; it's perhaps in his genes. His mother, Mrs. Usha Soman is nothing short of a fitness inspiration in herself. From regularly participating in 100 km walkathons to doing planks to climbing the base point of Mt. Everest and the highest mountain in Africa Mt. Kilimanjaro, Mrs. Soman proves the cliche that age is just a number. Especially considering that she is 79 years old, a mother to 4 children and a grandmother 3 more, with the youngest one being a teenager!
So what keeps Mrs. Soman so fit and healthy at the age of almost 80? Is it her diet? Exercises? Walkathons? Let's find out.
