- Marathon man Milind Soman lost seven kgs and five toe nails in his run from Delhi to Mumbai over a period of 31 days. He was accompanied by five runners in his stupendous journey and has now entered the Limca Book of Records.

I love running. Unfortunately I can’t run because it’s very cold here.. i cannot run other than parks because in Germany people why I don’t know they see suspiciously if we(Indian) run on the road and sometimes they change there path suddenly by seeing me. I am still finding answer.

I WALKED 40 KILOMETERS IN 6 HRS 43 MINUTES ,I WAS VERY TIERED THAT DAY BUT THEY WALKED 50 KILOMETER A DAY FOR 30 DAYS , KAMAL KA ACHIEVEMENT TEAM KA,, WAAHHOO .SHAYAD MUZHE BHI YE TRY KARNA CHAHIYE KISSI TIME ..APNE PURANE RECORD TO BETTER KRNE KO.

Look at the migrant workers traveling around 1500+ kms in span of a week all the way from Delhi to different cities of up , bihar and even MP or from maharastra around 2000+ km to different cities of India...... But sad truth neither then anyone gave a damn nor does anyone now

I get tired after running for 2 KM and then no running for a week due to lazyness. My best ever was 10k. But 50KM everyday for 30 day! 🙆👌 I don't even deserve to praise them..
